Location of hotel is just across the road from the beach. There are shops and eateries near hotel. The room is pretty big for 2 persons. The breakfast is the same everyday and the pool water needs to be changed.

Very nice, smiling and polite ladies working at the reception, we felt very welcome, thank you! The room is very clean, modern and nice. The beach is just across the road. We have stayed at this hotel before and will be glad to stay there again!

Well - this is a lot of hotel in a great location on Karon Beach - everything you need from food, to masssage, to money exchange, restaurants, food market, motorcycle hire, travel agent - it is all within 100 meters. Not to mention ... A STUNNING BEACH !

The room isn't exactly how it's on the photos, food is disgusting, too much noisy every time, I was surprised once I saw the room, I didn't see anybody who cleaned the pool, poor place but I love how Thai people kind and trying to be helpful

The hotel is very close to Karon Beach. The beach is amazing. The hotel stuff is helpful. Breakfast is quite good, has a variety of oprions. The Thai massage places are at the hotel property. Quiet and peaceful place. The swimming pool at rooftop is nice( but didn’t use it, as stayed for a few days there)

One of the hotels close by Karon beach. The hotel is a little old. But compensated by the fact that it’s so close to the beach. They’ve a buggy to fetch guests and luggages to the rooms further behind. Great service !

The hotel is in a very good location, right of the Karon beach and next to the night market. The staff is helpful. The room itself is good for 1-2 nights stay only - the Aircon is very loud which prevents a comfortable long stay or sleeping well at night.

I booked a cost-effective hotel for midnight check-in and early morning check-out, and I was surprised that there was a hotel in this price range in the best location in Karon Beach. Even though I arrived at midnight, the staff greeted me very kindly. I felt at ease the first day I arrived in Phuket. For this price range, the room maintenance was very meticulous, so I took pictures on purpose. Luxury resorts are great, but when you don't have time to stay at a hotel due to a tour, it's good to use friendly, high-quality, and cost-effective accommodations like this. I plan to visit Phuket again as the flight is good, and I think I will come to this hotel again.

Poor internet, constantly need to reconnect. Breakfast is ok. Close to the sea.
