The hotel is very outdated and the smell of cigarette smoke was very annoying. I would not recommend.

It was one of the worst hotel I stayed in. We got in around 9:30 to check in from a long day of driving. Fire alarm went off on and it was a mess from that point of time.

I will never stay here again. The police were in the parking lot and there were people just sitting outside and wandering around at midnight when I got there.
They have a security guard and Cheng, the man at the desk, was amazing! I have nothing bad to say about my room or the hotel.
I listened to people slamming doors and banging from the room above me. I didn’t complain, so that is on me.

It was a place to stay for the night. Attitudes were not favorable but not impolite, place was clean but you were not quite sure you wanted to put your bare feet on the floor. I can't judge individuals but corporate attitude was about themselves and not about customers.

Very nice. There were people who were not guests just hanging outside in parking lot so I see why security is needed. But did enjoy our night at this location. Staff was very friendly!

Service was great. The guy who checked is in was polite and helpful. But our first room had 3 roaches crawling as soon as we walked in the door. So he gave us another room and that room was okay. No bugs but we still felt uncomfortable and didn't get much sleep. I'm not sure how long this hotel been open since the huge fire they had but they need to close it again and start over.
