Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everyone was so attentive and kind. Service and cleanliness was exceptional. Thank you Hyatt team especially to Aggelos for your thoughtfulness.

We had a good one night stay during a short overlay in Thessaloniki. The hotel is very close to the airport but you will need a shuttle to get there. It is roughly a 5 minute drive to and from the airport. The courtesy shuttle was always on time and we had been the only guests on 4 rides (we had to go twice to and from the airport). Hotel is in a landscaped garden and pretty much a typical but above average Hyatt Regency. Staff was extremely friendly and our room on the second floor was somewhat dated but immaculate clean. Be aware that the location is very far away from the city center abd therefore not well suited for sightseeing. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Been traveling to Thess for the past decades and for the past two years have stayed at HYATT more than 5-6 times! 5* experience and cater to needs both when travelling for business and leisure. Extremely family friendly with great F&B offer, facilities and activities.

Stayed a few times in the past at this hotel - every time I have stayed at this hotel, I am so sorry when I have to check out .This hotel goes out of its way to make one feel as a "welcomed" guest. I can not wait to return to this fine hotel, they just do everything right. The grounds of the hotel are like out of a king's palace, just beautiful plus a huge swimming pool with flowers all around it and best of all are the dedicated hotel staff ,they are fantastic. The hotel management has done a great job

What a great three night stay at Hyatt Regency in Thessaloniki. The hotel is amazing with beautiful gardens and a huge swimming pool. The greatest asset of this property though are their staff. All of them are very professional trying hard to give their best for your staying at the hotel. Special thanks goes to Ms Eleftheria Theodorou(Guests Relations Supervisor) for making sure that our stay would be as great as possible. We will definitely return to this hotel and will recommend this to anyone traveling to Thessaloniki wanting that extra luxury and comfort for their stay.

Wonderful Platons Retreat, great garden, wonderful pool area. Stuff outstanding friendly and supportive. Kitchen & Servive superb. A real recommandation. AAA Hotel with all the amendments you do need to be happy and satisfied. Louis M.
