"The hotel is one of the larger properties in Zakynthos, with well-maintained facilities and clean, comfortable rooms. During my stay over Easter, the city center was quite lively and noisy, but the front desk staff were very kind and proactively helped me move to a larger and quieter room, which made a big difference to my experience. The reception is staffed 24 hours, which adds a strong sense of security and convenience. They also assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of €15, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a reliable and reassuring place to stay."

"I tried to pay the tax by card at check-in but failed repeatedly. The next day, I tried at another restaurant, but that also failed. I thought my card was locked. Back in Germany, everything worked fine. It seems credit cards aren't very effective in Zakynthos; I recommend bringing plenty of cash. The room's facilities and furniture were rather old, but it was cleaned fairly well. The blankets weren't really blankets, just sheets; I had to turn off the air conditioning to stay warm. The breakfast selection was quite good."
