房間面積挺大，有30平方米左右。緊鄰大街，還可以看街景。服務態度也挺好。需要提高的是：1.衞生間下水不暢，需要修理一下。2.電視修理一下，讓它能看。

相對於這個價格，我覺得還是不錯了，我對住宿的要求不高，能夠完全滿足我的需求。實事求是的説，缺點是衞生間熱水不咋的，至少我入住的時候，温度太涼，無法洗澡。
