I was very dissatisfied with the check-in, the front desk service was average, and when I left, a bunch of ants came out of the room. The waiter was called, and there was no apology or any service. I just cleaned the ants away. Later, I waited for a meeting. After the ants came out again, I don't know what's going on, and the floor is quite high, why did the ants come out again. I really don't understand, it's too bad and I will never come again. And the breakfast also has hair, which is not clean at all, which is terrible.

設施比較陳舊，需要維修或更新。
房間連餐巾紙都不提供，衹有捲紙。
吹風機太舊了，外殼都缺東西。
浴室噴頭也是壞的，噴水很不均勻。
衞生還可以，枕套都破了。
房間特別不隔音，樓道聲音也太響了。
整體真的是疏於管理！希望改進。

很差，很差。前台服務員就知道讓你辦會員，明明網上價格便宜還有早餐。前台非説她這裏不承認這種早餐。誘導顧客花20元錢買早餐。我沒信她説的，在網站訂了房間後前台故意拖延不確認。下作。第二天主動打電話問是否續住，回答續住後。前台會馬上取消各個網站帶早餐的特價房。真是下作到極點了……。
