The choice of this hotel to spend a few days of vacation during Easter proved to be very satisfactory: excellent welcome at the reception, very friendly, smiling and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and functional. Good breakfast, served with such kindness. The position of this hotel allows you to easily reach the center on foot, as always on foot in about 20 minutes you can reach the port (if you want to walk you can easily reach it on foot); by car you can immediately take the roads to visit the surroundings. Parking is easy to find around, but the hotel also has a convenient parking. Excellent quality / price ratio. Recommended.

Yes, it happens that when you plan your holidays based on websites and reviews you can run into surprises. This was positive. Totally. Because after the not exciting experience of 8 nights spent in another city in a pseudo 4-star hotel-resort (actually just a pretentious and expensive B&B) we were prepared for the worst, so to speak, considered the "only" 3 stars of this hotel , among other things, the only one available for the chosen period: eight nights from 26 August-3 September. Instead, even with some limitations due to the category, we found a comfortable, extremely well-kept and clean, with courtesy, availability and professionalism that go well beyond the "modest" 3 stars. A few examples to understand: first of all the welcome card (in the photo) placed on the cushions, then the care in the mise en place of the breakfast room and the buffet offer, in the small complete with everything and with pastry products (incredible but true) fresh day after day. The cleanliness of the rooms, then, gives ten and praise; as well as the scruple in monitoring compliance with the anticovid rules by customers. In short, a direct confirmation that sometimes too many stars in some hotels dazzle more than shine, projecting a different light than reality. Here, however, the light was the right one. Well done!

Sono stato molte volte in questo hotel e ogni soggiorno si ripete per vari aspetti positivi. Cortesia assoluta. Ottima pulizia delle camere. Garage presente. Hotel situato in un punto strategico di piombino. Tappa fissa per la mia vacanza. Merita andarci.

J’ai passé 3 jours dans cet établissement et étais assez déçu. Commençons par le positif : personnel attentionné et très gentil, hôtel propre et bien situé ( 10 mn à pied du centre historique et de la zone piétonne) Maintenant le négatif : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, la rénovation de l’hôtel a été faite à l’économie , les chambres sont petites et le buffet du petit déjeuner est largement insuffisant. Pour moi qui fait de nombreux voyages en Italie les prix sont beaucoup trop élevés pour la prestation fournie.

Hotel pulito camere ben tenute ma piccole. Buona colazione. Personale molto gentile. Buona posizione per il porto. La zona non è granché. Non troppo lontano dal centro. Ci sono parcheggi. Prezzo nella norma. Forse ci tornerei. Sarebbe da tre stelle e mezzo se si potesse.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel la sera prima di imbarcarmi per l'Isola d'Elba e sono rimasta soddisfatta dal personale accogliente, dalla posizione ottima sia per il porto sia per il centro città, dalla colazione semplice ma fresca e buona. La camera era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa, peccato l'assenza di ascensore che a parer mio è sempre una pecca in una struttura alberghiera di tre stelle. Parcheggio un po' caro (10€) per i posti liberi che ci sono intorno alla struttura, però noi un po' costretti a prenderlo avendo l'auto piena di bagagli, se fosse stato incluso nel prezzo della camera (118€), a parer mio sarebbe stato più corretto e avrebbe meritato i 5 punti.

Personal muuuuy gentil. Habitación moderna y grande, tenía una terraza grande. Las camas no son tan cómodas pero para una estadía breve están bien. La ubicación estuvo bien, se puede ir caminando a restaurantes y tiendas. No pagamos por el desayuno porque íbamos a salir muy temprano.
