A localização é muito boa. Mas o barulho das musicas dos restaurantes pode incomodar para dormir, dependendo de onde fica seu quarto. Espaço das mesas do café da manhã é muito pequeno e fica um pouco desconfortável.

O local é excelente, os funcionarios são bem cordiais, mas falt manutenção no hotel.
Ficamos no apto 308, o ar condicionado estava pingando água dentro do apto. Inclusive a parede esta embolorada.
O armário está todo detonado.
O suporte do cartão de energia, na entrada do quarto, estava quebrado preso com durex.
O interior do apto não condiz com as instalações do hotel.
Pre isa melhorar urgentemente.

Não recomendaria para ninguém. Pessoal da recepção muito arrogastes. A direção não permite que sequer um parente se dirija ao quarto que estávamos hospedado. Ar-condicionado péssimo. Enfim, uma experiência que jamais havia tido em algum hotel.

Reservamos um flat particular, pois o hotel estava cheio, melhor local de pipa, em frente à praia, vista maravilhosa, piscina ótima , comida do restaurante muito boa. Perto de tudo! Um pouco caro, verão e janeiro, e de última hora! Valeu!

Perto do centro e da praia. Tem elevador e oferece serviço de quarto. Se você está indo com crianças é uma boa opção de acomodação em Pipa. Ficamos no flat da Sônia, uma senhora muito simpática. Em Pipa acho um local muito para adultos, mas se você está indo com crianças indico essa acomodação. O local também tem acessibilidade.
