Muita desinformação, os funcionários parece que trabalham de cara feia. Agua das piscinas bastante suja, depois que o parque abriu, ainda estavam limpando as piscinas e o chão da praça de alimentação! E msm assim, as piscinas ainda estavam sujas... Estrutura dos brinquedos com muita corrosão e consertos realizados no modo gambiarra( arrebites nas escadas e fitas plasticas). Guarda corpo da passarela de madeira quase caindo, e o piso de madeira da passarela muito deteriorado. Vários tobogans sem funcionar, enfim, uma experiencia pra nao relembrar e simplesmente nunca mais voltar. Péssimo!

1. Restaurante: as refeições não são servidas no horário informado no check-in, comida é servida fria e a reposição quando acontece é demorada. 2. Chalé: Animais no forro (roedores e morcegos). Algumas camas com o box e colchão velho. Não é respeitado o silêncio na área dos chalés. 3. Réveillon: não foi servido o que estava no cardápio de divulgação do evento e não realizaram a reposição de todos os alimentos. 4. Park aquático: espaço físico é bom e as piscinas são aquecidas mas precisa realizar a pintura dos escorregadores e do ofurô.
