Staff is really good at making you feel welcome and they are super hosts. The had night entertainment by local artists which was really good. Everything was right on the target. I will stay here again, next year for the PR Open, no doubt!!

The property was amazing! I was there during Spring Break 03/2024 and it was perfect for my teenaged kids. The food was amazing! The staff were so friendly! The pool and beach were awesome! Centrally located to all the fun spots in PR! I'll be back!

The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve always provides a safe, friendly, relaxing atmosphere close to numerous attractions, located on the beach with beautiful grounds, accommodations, and restaurants. This was my second stay at the Hyatt Regency, and I will be back again soon!!!

Never had to leave the resort. Plenty to do for everyone, a ton of space around the pools and on the beaches so there was so much room to relax wherever you were. Really kind staff!!
