I will try to be as fair as possible. I liked the hotel. It was clean and pretty. The Internet was pretty fast and the employees were very friendly. I didn't like two things: that I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes and that there were also flies in the restaurant. I recommend that you buy fly killers and take care of mosquitoes in the rooms. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Nice hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the elegant Mystique Habana! Traveling with a baby was made easy with the exceptionally warm and accommodating staff, led by Pavel and Arianna. They consistently went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed during our one week stay. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and within walking distance of many sights and attractions...old Havana, parque Central, Malacon, etc. We looked forward to breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace with a great view of the city. There are many eating options closeby and it was easy to catch a bus to the beach when we wanted to relax. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

Excelent hotel in old Havana

I would like to comment that I was not going to this hotel long ago, because of the situation we have suffered with the COVID, which, as simple as it may be, have a good service, a great treatment of all the staff, Today I was in the pizzeria and the very professional dependents, a great service, I also want to congratulate the pizzeria at this turn, that the preparation of the pizzas is spectacular and that I recommend them are strange.

Located by the sea, the design is thoughtful, the layout is very good, the air-through floor is tall, and the facilities are complete. The long balcony of the restaurant on the ninth floor has a panoramic view of Havana, which is very stretched. The bathroom is bright and the bath water is really good. The waiters are all enthusiastic and attentive. There is a waiter in the restaurant who takes good care of our Chinese people's habit of drinking hot water. Special thanks to her! The front desk can let us get the key card half an hour in advance, I want to give it a thumbs up!

The best stay exparience I've had. Whenever I travel for work, I want the same experience I got at Hotel Victoria. The rooms where fine and cozy, the water was always warm, not my taste. I like cold showers. The staff: from Yvis, Zulio, the front desk lady and the Captain at night(the bald guy, he was amazing), to Edgard, Elizabeth and Ruben in the morning. You guys made me want to come back. There was a piano sir in the morning, I appreciate that. Food was great: dinner had a great appetizer, breakfast was very rich. Overall: I want to come back
