Good service. Nice location. Rooms should be cleaner.

We were 3 adults had 2 rooms, we were all inclusive and had daily access to the Spa. Positives for us - [ ] Check in was welcoming and fast . - [ ] Beds and pillows are very comfortable. - [ ] Great location, 5min walk to the ***** and beach . - [ ] We did not hear the ***** from within the hotel. - [ ] You have English Tv in your room channel,bbc1,2, itv , channel 4&5. - [ ] Spacious bedroom and bathroom - [ ] Shower is powerful and water hot. - [ ] Free shampoo and shower gel in the shower . - [ ] Lots of beds around the pool. - [ ] Tv in small bar area to watch the football . - [ ] Most Staff friendly and helpful. - [ ] Staff work hard and work long hours . - [ ] Many lifts around the hotel , they a quick and reliable. - [ ] Kettle, fridge and hair dryer in the room . - [ ] We were on floor 4 . Looking out onto the pool , Mountains and sea. Beautiful views. - [ ] Lots of coat hangers in the wardrobe. Plus lots of storage space. - [ ] Many mirrors around the room , on the wardrobe and in the bathroom. - [ ] Safe in the room, for us it was included in our staff. But not for everyone. - [ ] Pool area clean and spacious, we were not all sat very close to each other . - [ ] Spa pool water warm. - [ ] 2 sauna and 2 steam room . - [ ] Jacuzzi at the pool is great . - [ ] Night entertainment was good, worth a watch . - [ ] Activities were offered during the day like keep fit , archery, ping bong . - [ ] Wished us happy birthday at the pool which was great and gave us a bottle of champagne. - [ ] Left a birthday wishes and a bottle of champagne in our room . - [ ] Lots a seating area in the restaurant and was cool . - [ ] Rooms were cool and air conditioning was constantly on. - [ ] Enough plug sockets to charge your phone . Negatives for us - [ ] The pool water is freezing cold . Therefore hardly anyone went into the pool, adults, or children , despite it being so hot. Due to this we would not return to this hotel, as being able to get into the pool to cool off and to be able to complete some swimming is essential to our holiday . - [ ] Spa area old, floors dirty and many of the appliances and metal rusty . - [ ] Rooms, could be cleaner including the curtains, floors, and ceiling. - [ ] The bar member Victoria was rude, rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed . - [ ] Named brands of alcohol are not included in the all inclusive. You have to pay extra . - [ ] Not a huge choice of desserts, a few small cakes and ice cream . - [ ] We had often had eaten our meal b4 we were able to order drinks. A number of times we had to go and find the staff member to order them. - [ ] Restaurant ran out of cutlery daily especially knives. - [ ] You have to carry your room card around all the times . As this has to be used to order drinks or food. - [ ] Gym equipment old and rusty. - [ ] Gym seems to have no air conditioning. - [ ] You have to pay for bottled water . Some bar staff with give you a pint of water(out of the drinks machine ) i

Lovely clean hotel no rushing for sunbeds , lovely rooms . Only thing that would stop me returning was the food which was bad. Low quality , cold with very little choice which is a shame really as was otherwise perfect which is why the 4 star review.

Great week away. We had room 408, great view. Staff amazing. Our cleaner Rene i think that was her name amazing. Kept the room spotless. We were breakfast and it was lovely. Plenty of sun beds, no running down at daft o'clock to bag one. Would return.

Booked this hotel for the kids pools, yet on arrival we asked why it was shut and they said we are doing maintenance for the week, we could have been told via email and we would of booked another hotel with a kids pool, also we was asked to do a review on holiday check and the manager was forcing us to write a good review, not very impressed with there attitude.

Exellent Hotel. Good food. Pools are great and the service is excellent. The music is great. The rooms are clean. Excellent hotel, I will come back.

The entire hotel is excellent all around. The food in the restaurant for breakfast is varied with so many choices. The evening meal is a different theme every night. The spa is excellent with multiple choices of trea**ents. The photographer who took pictures for our Anniversary did an amazing job. Well done Simon. Nicky the entertainment host was very energetic every night in hosting different events. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. We have made so many memories and still have another 4 days to go.

Stayed for a week with family &friends. Hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Excellent location near bars & restaurants& beach.Hotel spotless, rooms cleaned daily. Great choice of food.I am a fussy eater & found plenty to eat. Staff friendly. All inclusive most local spirits but unlimited at meal times & evening.Drinks were not watered down as I had previously read. Pools were clean and a great size. Never had to queue for meals or drinks. Room overlooking pool with sea view and good size veranda. Pretty flowers on veranda. Only 6 floors so not high rise hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel &would definitely stay again. Only negative was spa was closed for renovation which was included in our holiday but we were not informed before arrival or at check in that it was closed. We were offered access to hotel Troya spa but we did not use it as not convenient, Safety deposit box is free if all inclusive. Worth going all inclusive

This has been a great week here at gala the pool is amazing and the beach is so close and the staff is wonderful the bar and music is great
