Love this hotel! Fantastic location, spacious and clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff (especially the young man at the front desk), comfy beds, nice grounds, great security, and the honeymoon suite is spectacular! Huge deck overlooking the ocean with a jacuzzi tub. The showers are lukewarm at best but otherwise it’s a great hotel for a decent price. Will be back!

We love this hotel! We’re going back again in 4 days! I read a few poor reviews before going and I was a little worried. Now I think those people are just entitled and grouchy. This hotel has a spectacular location on the beach, the grounds are beautiful, the staff was all super friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and clean, our beds were comfortable, and the on-site restaurant was super convenient. It’s not a 5-star resort but it’s a nice hotel.

We weren’t expecting much since we were only staying one night for New Year’s Eve but surprisingly it was very nice, clean and staff was great. Breakfast included was a bonus. We would stay again.

very good place, nice service, I got what I paid for, good comfortable bed, regular cleaning, very close to the beach, good breakfast in the restaurant. When someone goes to celebrate, be it a birthday or a wedding anniversary, seeing the heart-warming happiness is great happiness! Everything is fine with us, thank you!

The $400 cash was stolen from the locked safe in our room. We reported the issue to the front desk and to the Manager (David) but they just shrugged it off and did nothing, not even investigate and never helped. It's an inside job as the safe can be opened with administrator/master access which is used when guests forget their password or to unlock the safe at any time (search it online and you will see many similar cases). We stayed here before in 2022 and we also lost $100 from the locked safe but at that time we didn't realize it was stolen and we thought it was just misplaced. It's such a coincidence it happened again. Travelers beware, they have thieves and they are not doing anything about it.

Extremely Rude, bad food! Had a credit card problem and the situation got very bad. Not a friendly place at all. We offered to go to an ATM and return, but Manager would not accept cash even though we were only 17 pesos short. Please stay away.... Plenty of other great options...

We were last week of September every single day during our baby moon in Playa de Carmen! The beach club was wonderful, the food and drinks were amazing but the most important and special was the customer service! Everyone was wonderful and very nice with us especially with me since I was pregnant! Thanks so much and we will be back with our baby very soon

Please if you are reading this.... dont dont go.. dont do it... i ordered a shrimp cocktail without avocado.. i have to wait 1 hour and they gave to me the cocktail with avocado.. when i was complaing about it.. they changed the cocktail and they just removed the avocado on the top.. but the cocktail still with avocado flavor and they say i dont care you have to pay... the service is poor.. the chef said you have to pay ... they dont really understeand about hospitality.... Expensive cost and poor service ...is up to you if you wanna book with them... Im working in hospitality service as well for 10 years and i never seen before that kind of service and treatment... You know what... probbably they are support by narco and they dont care about the service... as a local i definetly dont reccomend this place
