The hotel is located within a 2 minute walk to the Jumbo Center and is a 20-minute walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel reception/ staff was very helpful and kind.

Ottimo soggiorno, grazie anche al personale attento ai nostri bisogni. Abbiamo avuto un problema con dei cuscini sporchi, ma la signora delle pulizia ha provveduto a sostituirceli.
Alcuni mobili sono usurati e si potrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono.

I really enjoyed my time hear,it was a little quiet but that suited me.Nice staff throughout, but Ada in reception was the stand out for me.She was really engaging, professional and so obliging and exemplifies everything that front of house should be.The room was spacious with a double bed and separate sitting area and balcony.The pool area was nice,and ghe food area by the pool was adequate too.I felt very relaxed and most importantly Valued as a customer. Two friends who stayed in another hotel came to see my room and hotel facilities and said they would definitely consider staying at Ritual Maspalomas next time when in Gran Canaria.Thanks again to Ada and all the team and Il be back.

We loved this hotel. The staff were lovely & helpful. It’s noisy from the Yumbo - loud music until 5AM - this isn’t the hotels fault but please take ear plugs with you unless you are out every night. We couldn’t keep up ? The pool was lovely - the often closed earlier but that was ok. We would go back - it was a good location - but lacked a good spa like the Rituals in Torremolinos . We were a bit cold at night as the beds only had single sheets - the WiFi was good - I managed to FaceTime home & download a film. The cleaning staff were lovely

A very rundown hotel, badly in need of a refurb. Looks more a hostel than a hotel. TV doesn’t work at all, now on day 3 & waiting for an engineer. The “high speed” wifi is so slow it’s virtually unusable. Upgraded from a room to an apartment. Uncomfortable furniture (sofa & beds) . Took 1 look at the breakfast buffet & opted against paying extra. Nice pool area. Good location for the Yumbo Centre night life.
