"Very disappointing. Right from the start, when I arrived there was about 8 steps to negotiate from car park to reception, usually pretty easy but I had 3 bags to take up these steps. I would not usually complain but I am 78 years old and there were 3 staff in reception and not one offered to help. Pretty poor first impression.The rooms were fairly ordinary Wi-Fi unreliable and apart from one staff member the others were not generally interested.Just to make our departure as memorable as our arrival the reception tried to charge us for our accommodation which had been prepaid weeks prior. After much discussion and quite heated response from this certain staff member he eventually found in the billing column of our invoice 'Amount owing ' Nothing. To say that we were glad to leave would be an understatement."

"The resort is close to Picerno and the grounds are very well maintained. There is a spa and a swimming pool which unfortunately was closed when we were there. There was a function on one of the nights we stayed and we were worried about sleep, but you couldn’t hear a thing from our room. Breakfast was just average, but servers were prompt Room and indeed the whole resort is spotlessly clean."

"This is a terrible hotel. A false location description given by Love Holidays, they have recently changed their location description or this hotel. Full of friendly elderly local Italian guests who unfortunately have NO English. The staff have practically NO English, they would totally ignore us and deal with other guests when we were trying to ask information on things to do etc , very rude. the smell of raw sewage outside at the pool was vomit inducing. There were no tourists, It was situated in the back of nowhere, no transport, nothing to do. The food was disgusting. The menu was in italian - no English translation. The hotel+ the room were clean , that's the only positive thing I can say. We paid for 7nights and left after 2 nights. No refund, apologies or anything. Avoid at all costs !! "
