Hotels near Tibes Indian Ceremonial Center in Ponce

It is a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and we received great service. We loved the pool area, it was beautiful and well maintained. The beach area, was not so nice. It was kind of rough and I thought dangerous. I was expecting something like the San Juan Hilton beach. Other than that, everything else in the hotel was excellent.

Good morning. I ended the stay. Only the elevator was a bit slow or the demand for them was too big. The service to enter the room was good. I found clean sheets and clean trash bins. Respect for personal items. Excellent lobby and Hard Rock Cafe food and music except for the pool The suggestion should be for children, such as swings, some chorreras with entertainment will be the perfect playground. WHOA SHOCKED IN THE WORST WAY!!! We chose this hotel because it was as much as the ****** resorts (get the resort) and heart of Ponce. We arrived at 4am and informed them prior, during booking, our flight lands early but were not informed of fee. It was fine but courtesy information should be given prior. The elevator is further and hidden when it should be accessible for handicap. The pool is pretty small and right next to the parking lot, no view. When we entered the room the smell of water mold smacks you in the face. The room was so tiny and out of date, I knew right away we were not staying. We couldn't shower off the airplane funk, as the standing shower floor was stained brown. The bathroom is extremely small as well which made sense why they only had the small standing shower, no tub. The AC was unmanageable and extremely loud like a motor running on no oil. My husband and daughter were exhausted, so we decided to sleep a couple hours before leaving. Sleep was impossible!!! Reminder we came at 4AM. Where the balcony (no sort of pretty view to the heart of Ponce) is you have the back of a building and parking lot with a alley it seems. 5AM a truck was having trouble backing up into something and it was extremely loud. Close to 545AM someone was honking like a maniac in the parking lot of the hotel that echos (which is the view when you open your room door so you hear everything). A little after 615AM workers began construction (which you are not given courtesy information prior after booking) and they were loud. Not only is the work being down loud but the workers are talking and laughing so loud there conversation sound as if they were in our room. We said we couldn't sleep so there was no point to stay longer. After 7AM we check out and they charged us over $250 for no more than 3 1/2 hours being there. I didn't have energy to argue because of no sleep. There is no Kidzone like you see in the picture, that is from a little corner of the cafe there and nomore game. We grabbed breakfast at 5hat cafe $17 for waffles and eggs with juice. I truly do not understand the great ratings as the room itself was more like one of those hourly cheap hotels. The colors of the building and certain little areas definitely cause deceiving pictures. We booked Hilton Golf & ****** Resort and wish we did that first. Holiday Inn Resort is the same price or $100 or $200 more just stay somewhere else and much nicer. Don't do it to yourself if you want to sleep and enjoy Ponce.

Out of 4 hotels during our 1 week PR tour, I was only worried for this one if I made a right choice. It is dislocated out of the city limits and it had very few reviews, but whatever the case I thought it couldn't be that bad for 1 night. Now, after we stayed here I can strongly recommend it, but only if you have a car. I simply didn't want to pay 300+ $ per night for Hilton which was on the beach, but a useless one, what we witnessed when we visited the next door La Guancha boardwalk. Another hotel, Holiday Inn (around 180 $) we eliminated because of the pool renovation, so we made our booking here. It was the cheapest option with both, pool and breakfast included at a very good price of 120 $ a night. Hotel is located close to the airport, in nothing to see and do suburb, around 10-15 min drive from Ponce center. Huge and secured with a ramp parking lot - free. Kind and quick check in upon arriving. Hotel has only two floors, no elevator, so the only issue was taking the luggage up by stairs. Room was spacious - a standard two queens room I stayed many times, like in Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn. Fair size pool with sunbeds around. Breakfast was included - classic American one. Don't expect any luxury, but very good and functional basics at a very reasonable price.

I has the most amazing experience here! We stayed this last weekend Oct 1/2022 in Copamarina. First, food in the Alexandra’s Restaurant is out of this world! Waitress and employees here very attentive, friendly and exquisite! The bar and breakfast place with the beach view is very good too. Breakfast is a full one with evertyou can imagine! Mr. Luis Tortilla and staff are very polite, helpful, friendly and makecyour stay the most great experience during breakfast time. People at the bar are great too. Love how friendly they are! The NI Spa is amazing! We has a massage there and the therapist are great!! Janitza and Magdalena are excellent! Also, concierges Jasmine, Eunice and Geraldine welcome you with a big smile, a nice tea and all the comforts you need before the massage start! A renovating experience to make you feel in heaven. The smell in the spa is sooo good!! Wow love it!!! Don’t missed this spa! All the surrounding around the hotel are great! Comfortable, relaxing and peaceful place! Rooms are very cozy and spacious. Our was very nice near the pool area! You most visit the hotel!! I definetly return again! It is a most to visit!!!love it!
