Our family stayed at Residence Inn Pontiac for 13 days in May 2022 while our daughter was attending the Euro-Therapies clinic across the street. This was our fourth stay at the hotel and it was terrific. The staff is, without exception, extremely kind and helpful. The customer service is impeccable. Sondra was especially instrumental in making our stay so fantastic. The facilities are clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The kids had a fantastic time. I cannot thank the staff enough for how our family was treated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

As a titanium elite member I have stayed at every type of Marriott property in the United States. This was my best experience of any of them. Thanks to the Marriott team of Randy, Tim, Ocher, Deseri, James, Darius, Ebony and several others that I have encountered. Even the GM took time to stop over and talk even though there were two weddings and another event in the hotel. Smiles Abound Here!
