Bon hôtel et personnel efficace ! Bon accueil , propre, calme

They charged my cc before I was there and charged by mistake three times. So I paid three times. After leaving the receptionist acted to refund me, but it resulted in one more debit. Hugely disappointed and one week later I'm still waiting for my money back.

Service good. Attached restaurant was fine for the family. Got two attached rooms. Breakfast was fine. All good. No complaints

At the end of the day, this is a budget hotel chain. However, this hotel is spotlessly clean, well decorated and modern. There is plenty of free parking too. The only criticism is that it's not walking distance to the town centre, but is convenient for the cinema. We stayed here for 3 nights whilst touring the area and were not disappointed with our family room.

The pillows are indeed very fluffy and the beds very comfortable, I shared a room with a friend of mine and the beds were not terrible too close together and for a budget hotel, I will not moan. The offer of breakfast for a very small price and clean room with a shower like you have at home. There is an excellent bar down stairs and close to city centre which offers every thing you can need. Pontivy is a good town full of character and good food and lively for a town which is tucked away. If I was in need of a room again I would select this hotel again.

It was an enjoyable stay with all the necessary facilities , a very helpful staff , good parking , and near other amenities . This hotel was one of the best hotels in our tour around the Massif Central and Brittany , facilities and service vary quite widely around France , as awe have found in our many trips .

Juste une prise électrique dans l’eau chambre et loin du lit Pas de pression d’eau dans la douche Comment est-ce possible d’avoir trois étoiles?

Personnel accueillant et agréable. Chambre propre avec le confort utile. Literie de bonne qualité. La télévision pourrait être fixée au mur plutôt que posée sur un meuble à la même hauteur que le lit

A circa 2 km dal centro storico è in una posizione ideale per chi intende visitare l'area durante una visita a tappe della Bretagna. Personale molto gentile e veloce. Stanze classiche Ibis di dimensioni ridotte. Colazione migliorabile per qualità e quantità. Ampio parcheggio. Letti non fatti correttamente con le lenzuola fissate sotto il topper anziché sotto il materasso con il risultato che il topper scivola ad ogni movimento rendendo poco rilassante il sonno. Prezzi in luglio abbastanza elevati per la categoria.

Excellent hôtel, excellent accueil, adorables avec les animaux. Propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet Hôtel. Il est propre, son emplacement est idéal et surtout l'accueil très sympathique (chaleureux).

Accueil sympathique..personnel agréable.. p déjeuner parfait buffet très varie moi qu avait besoin d un très bon repas le matin..150km vélo journalier.besoin de carburant et protéine.restaurant agréable. Repas bon seul reproche..ne surtout as derivd de la carte .même pour 1 salade de tomate réclamée en entrée...alors que le restaurant en possédait...mais hors carte .donc impossible à avoir.lais mettre qq rondelles de tomates sur 1 assiette n à rien de compliqué.. sinon le reste était ss reproche

L'hôtel Ibis Budget de Pontivy est agréable et les salariés sont sympathiques. La chambre est grande, lumineuse. Le ménage très bien fait et le petit déjeuner correct. Je recommande pour tous ces aspects. J'y ai séjourné en août 2022
