Garden Court Kings Beach

I know that PE experiences many power outages but not even the generator kicked in! Our room had a broken window. In the morning not only was there no power but no water either! The staff did provide a continental breakfast, of sorts. It’s a shame as the walk along the prom was nice and beach too, but watch out for broken glass.

Modern hotel close to the airport. We arrived during a regional power shortage and had no working air con which meant the rooms were unbearable. We were told by management on the first night that no rooms in the hotel had air con, and we should be thankful we had electricity as others in the area did not. After we respectfully asked to be moved the following day after an aweful night, when we returned from an excursion we were moved to the first floor which we found is on a seperate system and all rooms on this level have air con. We appreciate things happen, and the hotel has to cater to everyone's needs, but the lies were not appreciated. Shame as other than that, we had a reasonably pleasant stay.

The TVs in the rooms are very small and outdated and almost the size of my office PC. Watching TV is a nightmare for the price we pay. Please urgently get new TVs in all the rooms

This property advertises that they have air-conditioning, but they only have air conditioning in the common area is not in the rooms themselves very disappointed. Contacted the front desk. They wouldn't do anything to compensate for the lie.

Views and Mike's dinner makes it a great stay....

Rooms were bad, its old, not taken care off, ac wasnt working, moved room than the bathroom door was not locking

No bottled water in the rooms -you are expected to drink tap water or buy water for your room. At least provide 1 bottle!? It’s a basic hotel standard No hairdryer - I was travelling for business for 1 night so normally Sun hotels have a basic one in all rooms… The “shower gel “ I swear is green dish soap liquid. .

Housekeeping really stinks. Pun intended. Those rooms should really receive more supervisory attention. It was reported to management, but it seems to be below the GM's dignity to personally attend to this matter. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Received a very warm welcome from reception and all the information needed. Hotel is well located right at beach with lots of fast food restaurants ,bars ,beach even have Chicken Licken restaurant at beach Walkable distance to boardwalk mall which is a cherry on top of this location . Only down side was Breakfast pack that lacks Tsogo sun / Southern sun hotels standards.Very poor.Room is great
