Tried and true … nothings changed since the 80’s: even the sheets. Great place for younger adults or families with young children to learn to ski. Ski instructors are top notched : Ask for Scott 😜

It was last minute travel plans and I regret it. Wouldn’t recommend to family with small children. The check in was easy and fast. However the room is dirty, carpet in horrible condition, every corner is full of dirt and spider webs. Bedding’s looks like have been washed, but have stains. She pictures for reference. The worst of all was the noise, people next room were partying till 3:00 am with excessive noise and door slamming. We had to check out one day earlier. Never coming back.

Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great. Rooms could definitely use upgrading. They had a 70's vibe with old carpet and paneled walls.

Hotel needs updating, no micro wave in the room. The pool only had 10 chairs, had to sit on the concrete The resort has so much possibilities just needs management that wants to Invest

The skiing part was fun but the room is probably the most unclean hotel experience I have ever had. Hair in the tub, musty dust smell, not even a bar of soap to wash your hands (shampoo conditioner and some deodorant tho that was cool). The building is caked in dust and doesn’t look like it has been maintained at all in decades, there’s no refrigerator, microwave, water, or anything. Just one bag of decaf coffee and the ice machine is at the end of the 6th floor hallway that is super creepy and desolate. WiFi doesn’t reach the Inn either, just feels like zero effort. Overall super uncomfortable we checked out a day early to go to another ski resort and were told that we would be charged both nights because there’s a two night minimum, I wonder how many people stay two nights. I don’t have super high standards but my god I don’t think I’ll ever be to the Inn. :( if you’re going to ski stay somewhere else overnight.

There is a difference between being outdated and being dirty. It's obvious from the photos that most parts of this resort are woefully outdated by 25-30 years. I can look past that if the space is clean, but this hotel was absolutely disgusting. We stayed in the Inn building. The hallways, elevator and stairwells were gross with trash, dirt, and crust in the corners. There were broken lights in the lobby area. The hotel room was disgusting: make-up mess on the counter, dead bugs everywhere, a thick layer of dust on the curtains, spiderwebs, a chewed piece of gum stuck to the wall, stains on the carpet, stains on the upholstery, and more. I tried to call housekeeping and the front desk multiple times after our check-in and they were busy. (I get it.... short-staffed and busy). By this time it was too late to switch rooms and too late to find another hotel. Even beyond the Inn building, the hallways, common areas, and even outside were grungy and gross. Trash, chewed up food, dirt and grime on windows... I have never stayed in a dirtier place. Beyond the horrid housekeeping, things just weren't great. At the time I made my reservation, I spoke to the manager on the phone to ask if we could have a cot in a suite. He said we could and told me he made a note on my reservation. We were told at check-in that cots were not allowed in suites and there was no note. Our room keys kept getting shut off for some reason and we had to make trips back to the front desk to have them re-keyed. (At that point did I complain about the room cleanliness? No. We had already unpacked and I had wiped down as much as I could with my Chlorox Wipes and hand-picked the dead bugs from the carpet. There were no other VRBOs or hotels nearby that were available for my family. We were kind of stuck.) All in all, this COULD be a fantastic facility. With good upkeep and renovations, this could be a primo destination. However, at $300 a night with early 90s decor, bad food, and totally disgusting conditions, I regret every penny I spent here. Come to ski, maybe, but don't stay!

My wife and went for a ski weekend. Big mistake. The last time I had gone Devil's Head was a great, and safe place. Not anymore. Aside from the terrible food in the restaurants, which we only ate in once each, this is the loudest hotel we have ever stayed in. Gangs of drunk millennials roam the halls screaming and pounding on the walls until 330 am, not to mention deafening music until the same time. We understand that some noise can be expected, but 330 am? Our room was down the hall from the front desk who did nothing to stop this, and it went on nightly. We almost decided to sleep in our car. This all has the potential for getting out of hand. This hotel is not safe. If you do go, rent skis someplace else. Trust me. We won't be going back and this includes golf season. Avoid.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting as it is not maintained cleaned or sanitary. We had: housekeeping to completely ***** both of our beds, rewash the toilet as it had biohazard stains in it remove the clump of hair from the tub and vacuum I removed the filter from the air conditioning unit because it smelled incredibly musty I washed it with a gentle soap and water dried it reinstalled it also washed the panel of the AC. Let’s not even talk about the spiders while the people here working for the resort are incredibly helpful super nice nothing you ask of them is too much they are so shorthanded your heart goes out to them because they are really doing more than their best but whoever the manager is of this hotel and whoever owns it should be absolutely ashamed because it is a complete disgrace and disgusting
