Very clean, attrattive; friendly staff and by far best full breakfast buffet I've had in a hotel. Pool looked great! Indoor parking. Rollaway for fifth person. The price was reasonable. Having to use minimum 200 lettrrs invites a lot of BS like this

Watch out. Hotel has undisclosed fees at book-in and the rooms don't look as good as the pictures. Only convenience item was cheap shampoo. Huge cobweb above my bed. Additional info I found out a week after being there - Your credit information is not safe with them. I also found out they used my credit card information to sign me up for services I did not authorize.

Reviews are confusing. Just in case, I brought cleaning and sanitation supplies. Never used them. Had no issue with transients at all. One neighbor was smoking ****, but no big deal. Hotel almost great. Bathroom was amazing, 5 stars, spotless. Bedroom was 5 stars. Living room: One chair was stained, couch had been used. 2 giant Tvs, one got many channels, one got 1 channel. Carpet was clean, no stains, closet good. My recommendations to bring it to level 5: a clock in the room, clean the chair, add some lighting in living room table area, facial tissue, fix that tv, map of facility or booklet showing area stuff, hotel details, that sort of thing. We were there for a serious thing so not able to "enjoy" like we normally might, but it met most of our needs. Staff friendly, unobtrusive.
