We loved our stay at Mo house. The staff was super friendly, the location was perfect. The room was cute and the view from our room was beautiful ! Love the history of the building.

This review is very late but we haven’t forgotten our stay earlier this year. It’s also a bit unnecessary since we are simply going to add to the wonderful reviews this hotel already receives. But it is important to acknowledge and thank such a great little establishment. We loved the romance of the hotel and our room with its glorious views over the city and river, we loved the exquisitely prepared breakfasts, and we appreciated the friendliness of the staff at our first hotel in Portugal. Book if you can get in!

This old house has been superbly refurbished as a boutique hotel in an incredibly handy location. The rooms are airy comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is varied fresh and generous. Ingrid and Sebastian our hosts were charming and extremely helpful. The views from this place across the river are absolutely fantastic. Unless you are one who demands the facilities of a five star full board hotel i would say that this has to be the best place you could choose for a stay in Porto.

Terrific location, walkable to everything but tucked away enough to feel like you’re a local. Delicious breakfast in a lovely dining room, with a lot of fresh alternatives and variety. Modern and somewhat trendy renovation of an old monastery. Welcoming and informative concierge/host (Sebastián). Comfortable rooms with kitchenettes.

A great location - near the centre but far enough from the crowds to be quiet. Lovely room with a view of the river. Delicious breakfasts and three very good restaurants almost next door.

This place is adorable and the location is great. The staff is very nice and the breakfast and breakfast setting was wonderful. We had an unfortunate problem with the drain in our shower. It ended up leaking to the room below and overflowing into our room. It smelled. We were instructed not to use our shower until the plumber came. They offered us a night’s refund for the inconvenience, asked for our IBAN but then sent us a message AFTER we left that they were not going to give us the refund because, after investigation, nothing was wrong with the drain. So weird. We had not even asked about the refund but they offered. The result put a damper on what was otherwise a nice stay.

Five stars all around. Elegant and tasteful decor and artwork. Beautiful room on main level. Amazing staff. We wish we could take Ingrid home with us. She has been incredibly helpful and delightful, arranging every tour and dinner reservation. Superb breakfast included. This is the best value for our money in many years of traveling.

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay. We stayed in a room overlooking the town and the river and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Hosts were very attentive.
