The people at BN are really helpful and friendly. The building is fine, not noisy, very centrally located, it has an elevator which is really important to me. It really needs air con though! More powerful Fans would help. I always choose the one bedroom apartment if I can get it but the Studio Plus is nice too. I've stayed in the Palacio which is more modern and has air con but is further out. The one bedroom has a washing machine and one can dry clothes easily which is a great plus for me too. The kitchen has all you need. On my last visit I noticed that the Standing Lamp in the really large living room had gone which was a disadvantage and one of the bedside lights had gone and the other wasn't working. I think perhaps some more investment in the basics would help but it's still great Value for money.

I didn't like it at all! Comfort between little and very little; small bed, positioned "forcibly" close to the window and with difficult access on one side; cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, particularly when we come across a huge, dirty and slippery rug next to the bed; check out at 11am, no possibility of leaving luggage (the only possibility was 10/15m from the place); excessive price for the reality presented. Never!

Very convenient location, you can reach all points of interest in a maximum of 15 minutes on foot (the furthest ones) - Trinidade metro station 150m away so it's also very convenient from the airport! The staff is super friendly, we stayed here on New Year's Eve and they let us find a bottle of sparkling wine in the room! Much appreciated Room with kitchen equipped with everything you need, we always had breakfast in the room with toast and milk and cereals.. there is a supermarket and a shopping center about 7 minutes walk away.. The room is clean, shame about the no shower because there is a bathtub instead... and the bed wasn't too comfortable as it had formed a hollow in the middle. Absolutely not soundproof rooms. But we had a great time and I sincerely recommend it. Set of towels and hairdryer. The location is certainly the strong point. Quick access, I come to open the door for you for the first time and they explain everything. When we were there it rained, but there are people in the hall. umbrellas for guests so super!

We were 5 friends and the first afternoon they broke into our apar**ent. We found the door open and it was not forced. You enter the apar**ent with a card and the building with a code that must be entered in the portal. We called the owner and he was neither surprised nor worried. We felt very insecure, I would not repeat it again.
