Very nice and comfortable place. 2 bedroom was perfect for our family. The only problem is that the bathroom shower had mold. I will let manager know that.

The stay was great, the apartment was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and in the perfect location to walk around the city.
The only small downside is that the airport is very close to the city and the landing route goes over the city, so you can't leave an open window once you want to go to bed, but if a window is closed then no noise is coming in.

Apartment used was outstanding. It is definitely large enough for 3 people. The only issue is not used to using handheld shower instead of stand-alone shower head, otherwise bathroom is excellent.

Poznań Apartments to zdecydowanie mój nr 1 w tym mieście. Miałem przyjemność być tu drugi raz i za każdym razem byłem zachwycony. Apartamenty czyste, pachnące, urządzone z wyjątkową dbałością - bardzo nowoczesne ale zarazem przytulne. Doskonale wyposażone - żelazko, deska do prasowania, czajnik, sztućce czy nawet garnki - co komu potrzebne - wszystko jest :) Ogromnym atutem Poznań Apartments są widoki z ogromnych okien - podejrzewam że mogą się nieco różnić, w zależności od piętra - ja trafiłem za pierwszym razem na 16 piętro, dziś kończę pobyt na piętrze 7 - w obu przypadkach panorama miasta wyglądała imponująco! Lokalizacja - genialna. 5 min spacerkiem od Dworca Głównego, 15 min od Starego Miasta. Polecam, ja na pewno wrócę :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The receptionist sent two ***** to our room to intimidate and harass us when we complained about insufficient towels and bedsheets in the room. We should never have even opened the door to these men. We tried to slam the door to keep them out, but they kept coming back. They barged into the room, kicked our shoes, threw things around and took our keys and cancelled our booking. They were upset that we had complained - a completely disproportionate and irrational response.

Apartment well located, very spacious, and clean. It just lacks a few kitchen utensils such as a colander and a large salad bowl for example.

This Negative Experience is well deserved by this Apartment Hotel in Poznan... I was Traveling between Lithuania and Spain by car with my family (3 Children) and I have rented one of the apartments to have enough space, the day of my arrival, I was leaving from Kaunas, Lithuania, 8 hours and 30m from Poznan. Before my arrival I notified them, by email and phone call, that I would arrive between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and to inform me if there was any problem, and they told me no, that they would send me an email with instructions to obtain the key, which they never happened. So I found myself in front of the building with my 3 kids in the car starving with nowhere to stay. ********** has relocated me, really thanks for the management, but the hotel has been very irresponsible.
