Found this hotel while walking in the centre, and after having had a couple of delicious latte Macchiato's in the bar asked the bartender Billy to show me some rooms. He showed me the suite on the 5th floor and it was PERFECT for our 5 day stay. The hotel ooks a bit 70's and boring from the outside, but the suite we were in was just newly renovated and spotless with a cozy sunny athmosphere ( nr 9) In the days to follow Billy was alway there and naturally helped us with all our qiestions and morning coffees, everytime with a smile and gave good advice and such. The suite had a perfect view over Prague and had a 20 meter private balcony. He also booked us a taxi on the last day to go to the airport VERY early in the morning and that was a real life saver. Thanks Billy for all your help, we will be back soon in your hotel in Prague, greetings Peter

I booked hotel January 2020 for that summer. Had to cancel due to COVID and was offered 12 month voucher. Travel restrictions still had not been lifted even after 12 months so asked for refund. Hotel refused to let me change dates or refund. After I made other plans they then offered me to change dates. Too late. Still refuse to refund and they expect to keep my $300 after providing me nothing. Avoid.
