Jalta Boutique Hotel

Old Town Prague|0.35km from Ivana Follová
This hotel is good, do not be put off that it is a former Soviet-era built hotel. It isn't shabby and the staff are very nice. The beds are comfortable and they considerately supply lovely, soft pillows, in two sizes so you can get really comfy. Bathrooms are well presented with L'Occitaine soaps & shampoos etc. The only drawback we found in the bedroom was that the bedside electrical sockets were not close to the bed, so it meant alittle inconvenience for us in particular, using a CPAP machine, rather than being universally annoying for everyone. The in-house restaurant, serving sushi-styled dishes is also good albeit expensive. Do not be talked into eating too much though, as we were and then landed a £100/head bill - but that was our fault for being probably too greedy after a long day's travelling. It's well situated in Wenceslas Square and you will find it more convenient than its position on a map may suggest. The Old Town is easily walked into. The only two things we were disappointed by were a) the breakfast area was, we think, because it was Feb and the hotel operating at half capacity, was effectively in their nightclub area. It's rather gloomy with the wrong vibe for your morning breakfast, even the though th ebreakfast itself is generous and with a wide range of choices. (They actually have a lovely conference cum dining area we glimpsed on the first floor but I suspect that is used when occupancy is fuller); b) the fascinating Fall Out Shelter located in the hotel basement tour was slightly spoilt by the poor student whose English wasn't quite up to par, so we found it hard to follow his explanations. It's still worth a look though, and see for yourself Orwell's '1984' novel sort of made real. Overall a good choice for a short break.

Myo Hotel Wenceslas

Nice hotel eith nice atmosphere. Very helpful staff and everything very friendly and relaxed. Two minor negative things I have to mention that did not have any affect on our stay. The wifi signal is very poor, it drops out a lot. The sensor light in the rooms inner corridor can be annoying, especially the amount of light it gives when one has to go to the bathroom during night. But when you have figured out how to fool the sensor it might not wake up the light sensitive patner. The breakfast buffet is very good and you can ask the person working in the breakfast room for espresso, capuccino or other varieties of fancy coffee if you like. This hotel is very close to Wenceslas square where you'll find the national museum, lots of shops and restaurants, lots of entertainment and transportations to other places in the city. Great hotel, great location and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

The location is very good, next to the famous Wenceslas Square, next to the National Museum, there are two subway lines, 7-8 minutes from the Central Station, the old town attractions are generally 10-20 minutes walk Arrivals. There are many breakfast styles, hot food and cold food bread drinks, and the breakfast provided for two days is rarely repeated. The room was clean and tidy, giving the attic, the window was on the ground (pictured), but! Yes! The window was not closed at all, and the wind came in at night to freeze and die. Only the pillow was kept in front of the window. This is the only dissatisfaction. Overall the hotel is worth recommending.

The hotel is very simple but more than suitable for a short stay of visiting the city. It is excellent location, just a few steps from the National Museum, the San Venceslao Square and the public media. The entrance is on a high-fluid, constantly trafficed axis, but the infixes ensure good sound insulation and most of the rooms are faced on a very silent indoor courtyard. The rooms are very simple and astray, but large and recently renovated (some are only reachable with short staircases). Effective and friendly staff. Stability and fast wifi connection. The real strength of the hotel is the price quality ratio, extremely convenient, given the area. With the prices offered, there are no major critical points to do. However, breakfast offers a small variety of products, which are not of high quality, especially for the sweet part (in my personal experience, at 9.45 there was almost nothing left). The tents in the room are completely inadequate to screen the light that penetrates through the large windows. There is a chair in the room (there is a wall dressing with just two sticks) which would be easily placed given the available spaces

I visited this hotel on July 26th. The lobby was super sweet but not large. The front office lady was friendly and helpful. I loved the ambience and the clean room, felt like home. Next door was a restaurant. The location was great because we could walk to the centre or take the Bolt for sight seeing very easily. I recommend this hotel as a nice stay, 8/10. Only when I did check out, the other front desk guy was not really friendly. A friendly and helpful attitude is a part of a great hotel service.

When placing an order, Ctrip self-employed is more expensive than an agent, but the agent does not support special requirements, so it is ordered to Ctrip self-operated, and it is marked not to be the top level. After payment, it also contact customer service to determine whether their requirements need to be translated into English. Say no, I'm relieved to have someone handle it. Unexpectedly, it was still the top floor after check-in, the roof was inclined, and the view was not good. So order whichever is cheaper in the future, it is useless to mention special requirements! Ctrip is really unreliable!

The hotel is in a great location the cleaning leaves you to want to change towels every 2/3 days and despite putting the towel to change it they just folded and put it on the bed. Breakfast is abundant but we Italians lack the cornet and the Espresso coffee because the rest of the breakfast is international and the sweets are not very good. The rooms are small and don't give those shown in the photos, but only the staff at breakfast is friendly for the rest are a little cold. The total price is cheap a little noisy because they provide the night tapes for a 4 stars that I would declass to 3 is good for those who do not claim too much.
