We got a family room for 3 people and the beds were amazing. The room and bath room is clean, coffee and tea available in the room, mini fridge. Shower, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion of the finest - really good quality. Service was good. Breakfast was in restaurant next door and it was pretty good. You got bus and tram just outside the hotel and metro 100 meters away. Many cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood and walking distance to center

My friend and i stayed for 4 nights. Nice hotel in a good location for the old and new town. Patrick on reception was lovely and nothing was too much trouble e.g finding the nearest cat cafe for us to visit and giving us directions. He even offered his condolences on the queens sad death. To be fair all the staff were helpful lucy gave us directions to an indian takeaway that after our first visit we couldnt find again lol. Although rooms are perhaps a little dated they are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice with a good selection but mainly continental which i surpose is to be expected. We would 100% choose this hotel if we returned to prague in the future.

We have just stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel The reception on arrival, was very friendly and efficient, supported by the Manager, Martin. We were offered a Suite on the second floor, which was everything we expected. The only slight niggle, was the noise of the trams outside from 4:30 am, so I would advise people to perhaps select the opposite side of the building, but other than that, the suite catered for all our needs, with plenty of space. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and we found the food to be excellent, accompanied by very attentive service. Our only other suggestion, would be to ask the staff at the lobby bar, to be slightly more attentive to guests waiting for drinks, as it became a little frustrating having to wait at times. The Spa is lovely and a great place to relax after a busy day in Prague. Overall, absolutely delighted with our stay; and if we return to Prague, we will visit NH Collection Prague Carlo 1V.

What an unpleasant experience! I stayed at the Hilton before but these two nights were extraordinary unpleasant and not at all according to Hilton 5* standard. it absolutely did not fit to the high price of the rooms. 1.) The Hilton has at the moment a beer garden. If your room is facing this beer garden, forget any chance to sleep. the beer garden is open weekdays till midnight and the party music will make it impossible to sleep! Well done, Hilton management. 2.) In our booked DELUXE room (at higher costs) not a single TV channel worked. And slippers to go to the pool area were also not there. They told us that we have to ask for slippers. Sadly, they forget to tell us this. All in all, a horrible two night experience: party music till midnight, not a single TV channel working and walking barefoot through the hotel on the way to the spa. Sorry, never again! choose another place with better service (and it will be cheaper in top)!

I chose this hotel as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. We never stay in 5* hotels and so this was a special ocassion. From the moment we arrived (almost midnight!) to when we left, the staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. Our flight home was cancelled by BA and they managed to fit us in for an extra night. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including fluffy gowns and slippers! We had a super king bed and it was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of foods - cereals, fruits, cold cuts, hot buffet and a variety of tasty pastries. I would highly recommend this hotel! It is also perfectly situated near the main attractions of Prague.

On the last night of the Czech Republic, I decided to set up a high-end hotel. The interior environment is good, clean and tidy. This is the only hotel in the Czech Republic that has prepared slippers. Hahaha... The front desk is also super good. We will prepare the map for us and help us set the next day. The taxi to the airport is regrettable because there is no calculation time and no early breakfast.

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

I really like to eat delicious food, in this regard, the hotel fully met my expectations. The breakfasts are very varied and delicious. The staff speaks Russian. The location is very convenient. To the center, to the Charles Bridge on foot 30 minutes. Near the bus station. The hotel is warm, I was there from January 19 to January 30, 2019. I liked the shower because you don't have to endlessly adjust the temperature of the water. The hotel is old but clean. Wifi works well. Hairdryer can be requested at the reception. Nearby there is a shop where you can buy everything you need. Employees are already aged, which is probably why they are not very smiling and friendly. But I'm an introvert, so that didn't bother me. If you ask for help, they will not refuse. Of the 10 days that I spent here, I had several excursions in the morning and skipped breakfast several times. The guide told me that in this case you can ask in advance to put breakfast with you (dry breakfast), I did it. This time, as luck would have it, the tour was from lunch and they didn’t even let me into the restaurant to drink coffee, since I asked for a dry breakfast. It was a bit uncomfortable to be honest. And in the package was a sandwich, children's juice with a straw and 1 apple. But considering how delicious breakfasts are here, I regretted that I ordered a dry breakfast.
