The hotel belongs to a residential hotel, European style, very quiet, not a tourist attraction, the boss is warm, close to the lake, the sunset is very beautiful.

Just back from wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate our friends birthday. We had 2 rooms superior lake view rooms with balcony. The rooms were clean, big and had a fridge the balcony accommodated all 5 of us for evening sun downers. The staff were friendly, kind and informative and went out of their way to help us have a good time. The restaurant had great pizzas and the 4 course evening menu was extensive and far too much but usually always something to enjoy. Luca and team in the restaurant worked so hard but always with a smile. The situation of the hotel couldn’t be better fantastic views and easy walk to centre where you can explore the old town, marina, bars and shops. We had a beautiful day taking the boat to the island in the lake, Monte Isola few hours there a beer and a walk which is a must. The boat gave us glimpses of other villages on the lake as it did drop offs. All in all a great break and would recommend.

A wonderful place to stay in a most beautiful part of Italy. Our room had brilliant views over the lake. Perfectly comfortable and clean room. Outstanding staff always ready to do that little bit extra for guests, excellent food and generous breakfast buffet. You do need a car (or at least a bike) though to get into town.

Room with sea view, with a binocular! New but low furniture, going finishes, call it a stick! The worst thing, the very uncomfortable mattress and a great warm in the room that did not make us sleep. The worst hotels I have ever found in my life, not so much for the look, but for staff and management. We went to breakfast in the morning where a family unknown to us complained because at 1 p.m. they were forced to change not one but two rooms. The restaurant is very good with full and abundant meals , in the heart of Francecorta with countless cantines to visit for the lovers of wine and especially the buffets .
