This hotel was super clean. Upon opening the room door, there was a fresh lemon-like scent, smelled really great. The kitchen area and refrigerator was spotless. The sofa super clean, the floors, bed, and bath area all very clean. No dust, no stains, no scents, and no spots. I was very pleased with my stay here and would gladly book again when needed. Concierge staff was also very polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you!

The sofa bed wasn't made up in advance as requested. The TV console cabinet was falling apart. The bathroom was very awkward arrangement with the door and toilet.

Very comfortable suite , clean and spacious
Exactly what we wanted. Would stay in this type of room for an extended time. As well. Breakfast with everything we needed.

Maria at the front desk was super nice and helpful!! Maria the manager was very kind to us and warmed coffee for my 70 year old mom! She made sure our room was perfect. I would definitely stay again!!!!

Tired hotel, dirty hallways, ice machines didn't work. No paper towels in public restrooms. Front desk staff clueless. Expected more from this type of hotel. We will not stay here again and that's a shame as we have Bonvey status and travel to this area often.

While the bed was comfortable, the room as a whole was not. Broken and missing door knobs in the room was unacceptable to me. There were no drawer storage for our clothing and we were there for a week.

We LOVE this hotel!! Due to my husbands job, we actually lived here for over a YEAR!!! They take pride in their hotel and customers. I cannot say enough about the staff here. A huge thank you to Luke, Anna, Maria, Maria, Andrea and Nancy as well as my favorite housekeeper…Flora. Y’all made our extended stay so nice and it just felt like home!! If you are in the area, definitely give this hotel a chance! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great. Right off the interstate and about 20-30 min outside of DC. Thanks again and my apologies if I missed anyone. Until next time❤️
