A friend of mine suggested this Hotel when I mentioned that I was planning a trip to Ogunquit and I'm so glad I took his advice. The hotel is one of two that are very close to the beach. One is on the beach, the Neptune is next door. To say it's near the beach is an understatement but to be perfectly candid, it is not on the beach. There are Ocean View rooms and Bay View rooms. We opted to stay in a Bay View room with a porch and found it a great place to relax after a day at the beach and watch the sunset across y the river. The room itself was clean, recently updated and comfortable. We found the staff extremly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, its attractions and restaurants. Did I mention value? The Neptune is substantially lower priced than most nearby hotels. I intend to make this a regular destination in the future.

Simple and very well located hotel a few minutes from the port of Propriano. Free parking. Very simple room, new bathroom. Perfect for a one night stay. I had taken the sea view but to see the sea, you have to be standing because of the small window. Convenient for overnight stay

Small hotel very well located in the main street of Propriano. Room with a view of the marina and the Valinco golf course. The room is a bit small but comfortable. Buffet breakfast with local products. No catering on site but the location of the hotel allows a good choice of restaurants nearby. Very welcoming staff.

Very friendly and available welcome. Decent and clean room. Close to the center. Spa "independent" of the hotel. Payment on the spot, which is not practical, because obliged to take what to regulate with oneself. Bathrobe available but must remain on site, so provide a bag with change and toilet... Few parking spaces and difficult to access.

Room at 140€ per night. Aging hotel without particular charm but clean. Very well located a few minutes from the city center and the beach. No parking: parking in the street (main of Propriano) or in a small parking lot at the school. Decent bedding

hotel with no particular architecture without particular charm.. we appreciated: its location, the friendliness of the staff at the reception, the sea view from the room despite a small window! a good breakfast on the terrace; negative points: room where it lacks space, ordinary furniture that dates! bathroom small and not very functional if you are tall or of good build not practical shower in bath... in conclusion high price 139€ for this kind of room in high season...
