Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Modern fairly big rooms that are very clean. Comfy beds and excellent buffet breakfast. Pool is small and the nearest sandy beach is 15 minutes walk

Lovely clean hotel, perfectly located near the best beach in Cyprus. Several great facilities, although their mini bar fridge is terrible, doesn't cool anything, might as well just have a cupboard there instead. Couple of decent international tv channels would be nice too.

We visited here for 10 nights on the all inclusive package in a suite with a hot tub and wow it has been one of the best holidays we have been on together. The room was spacious, clean, amazing views and the bed was really comfortable and big. The food was one of the best we have had for all inclusive. Great choice for breakfast including nice bacon and sausages, snack options available at the outside bar during the day, loads of lunch and dinner options with plenty of meat and veggie options, a gorgeous fresh salad bar and really good choice of deserts. Large selection of drinks included in the all inclusive package. The pool area is clean and well maintained, never a struggle to get a sunbed. Activities are available throughout the day including table tennis, darts and water volleyball. We didn’t get any treatments in the spa as we spent all of our time outside but everyone said the treatments were really nice and I used the gym a couple of times and it has everything you need. If you like running like me there is also a path that takes you right along the sea front which is pretty flat but is a bit of an uneven surface in places so I would recommend wearing off road trainers. I would recommend hiring a car as there are so many beautiful places to visit and there is a free car park on site to leave the car overnight. The hotel staff can help arrange this and they can drop it off at the hotel for you. The location is perfect as to the left you have protoras which has a ***** of restaurants, bars and shops and to the right you have Ayia Napa if you wanted to party one night. You can get the bus to both from the top of the street outside of the hotel which is only €2.50pp and run every 20 minutes. A short walk to the right you also have turtle bay and Konnos bay where we saw/swam with turtles twice which was an amazing experience and Konnos bay also has watersports available. Really recommend this hotel for a couples holiday we had the best time :)

Right place at the right time. Could not fault the location, hotel, food or the staff. A big shout out to Guest Contact Tasia for her incredible friendliness and Michelle in the shop. Good memories, definitely a return visit on the horizon. Role on 2025!

On our last night we were already checking to see if we could come back later in the year - that’s how much we all enjoyed our stay! This hotel quietly goes about its business with attention to detail and customer satisfaction at its core. The rooms and communal areas are lovely and also very clean. The food is of good quality, tasty and varied. My only observation would be that small snacks, cakes etc aren’t available between meal times, but possibly this was because the season hadn’t kicked in and the hotel wasn’t even half full. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much bother, requests or issues are dealt with quickly and everyone is friendly and helpful. Particular mention to Mahlon, Thomas and Marios at the bars and George, Christos and Andreas in the restaurant. The location is pretty. Konnas beach and a few coves are within 15 minute walking distance on unmade paths which run along the coast, and you can get to Fig Tree Bay if you fancy a longer walk. A shuttle from the hotel will take you to one of the coves. Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, but I think maybe because it was early in the season. Some daytime activities are available if you fancy a break from sunbathing. A couple of things I think it’s handy for people to know - some card games can be borrowed from reception, a pillow menu is available and you can request a complimentary room on the day you leave to get showered. You’ll have a lovely time if you decide to stay here.

A hotel that made us felt like unique guests. All the staff gave the little extra with the right fingertip feeling for what good service is - reception staff, serving staff, kitchen staff and of course the guest contact Tasia who did everything to please us. All the staff was excellent, specially RUSLAN in the restaurant, MARCOS from the bar , all guys was perfect. Open buffet breakfast amazing !!! special tahanks to RECEPTION :) also spa was perfect cleaning of the rooms, restaurants, really perfect

The adults only hotel was great, approximately 1.5 miles out of the centre of Protarus. Lovely friendly staff all round. Room was lovely and quiet,cool and clean and smelled really nice upon arrival. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and lovely smelling vegan products. It has a kettle and Nespresso machine. The Pool area was great we had no issues getting sun beds each day. The food was buffet style and there was always a great choice with a fantastic salad bar. The waiters/waitresses were lovely and friendly especially George. Little Italy restaurant was open 3 evenings a week for bookings the food was delicious cooked to order. The pool bar was great. Fantastic yummy frozen cocktails, shout out to Marlon the pool barman fantastic personality always upbeat and happy. There was a lovely roof top Gin bar area but unfortunately it was never open at our stay which seemed a waste as the views were lovely. Lovely indoor pool area and Spa area. Also through the Spa through another door was a little convenient shop. A Taxi is about 10 Euros to the ***** and the buses the 101 and 102 stop on the main road up from the hotel at 1.50 euros or 5 euros for a day saver, they are every 15 mins. Overall great holiday we would definitely recommend and return.

Love this hotel, been visiting every year since they opened. Friendly staff, good food, good facilities, great location, good pool! When we went after my birthday and after we got married; hotel was kind enough to offer us wine and beautiful decorations foe the room at no charge
