They canceled my stay, washing their hands that the application is the culprit to this day without a solution and refund of the payment for this.

Best hostel I've stayed in so far. The co-residents, mainly from Europe, also appreciate their high-quality hygiene habits and schedules. The room is clean and quiet.

Enjoyed my stay here, was only here for 3 nights - comfortable beds, homey vibe, kitchen to make food(no oven) and very helpful staff! A great hostel for a short stay! 🙏 located well too! Was a bit cold but Hostal made an effort to provide extra blankets!

Loved this hostel, it was perfect location and the staff were really helpful! Anything we needed they always had the answer which is always really helpful when arriving in a foreign country. Rooms are great and very relaxed atmosphere and people within the hostel!

The hostel is amazing! It's the third time that I am at this hostel and every time that I come here is always good. Clean place, nice staff, delicious breakfast, it's located in a very good neighborhood in Santiago close to everything you need. I definitely recommend this hostel to someone who is coming to Santiago.

The hostel is very nice a clean. The staff is very friendly and nice. It’s very big and spacious. They have multiple kitchen and fridges which is very nice. Each night they have social events which is great because it’s always good to meet new people. I would give it 5 stars

Came to Santiago previously and was highly recommended this hostel. It did not disappoint! The facilities are great. The rooms had lockers and were spacious. Everything is clean. The atmosphere is social and it’s a great place to meet other travelers. The staff though are even better! I was even able to store my luggage for a couple of days when I went out of the city.

I loved the place, I spent a couple days in the hostel and they made my stay happier in Santiago, it’s very comfortable, cozy and very well located. It’s very social hostel and it always have a parties It’s a good option if you want to stay a short term or long term

Great hostal with helpful staff and good amenities! I spent two easy nights here solo, and it’s a cool space and very comfy. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean. There’s a ton of space in the hostel, with a variety of rooms and communal spaces (bar, kitchen). Close to other barrios in walking distance. Variety of travelers in the hostel.

EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA! Me quedé un mes por trabajo, realmente es muy acogedor y limpio. Si quieres fiesta y amigos el lugar abre puertas para eso, y si quieres descansar hay espacios de tranquilidad. Gracias a los chicos que hacen posible experiencias 100% recomendables, especialmente a Javier, Mario, Santi y Basti son los mejores!

Amazing hostel with great service. The guys from reception were very helpful (javier and mario). The rooms tremendously warm, clean and comfortable. If it was found in Chile again I will definitely visit it a second time Also interesting people to meet there

Amazing hostel, Javier and Mario were really helpful and our staying was enjoyful. Events are almost always available, where you can meet new people all the time. Food is also nice, with some nights of pizza or burgers, and the music is always cool.
