The room towards the lake has a very nice view. The room also has an accessible toilet but not sure if that’s for all rooms. The location is literally 3-5 min away from the Cadenabbia ferry

This is right beside the lake with a good view. The property is historic and family operated with a quaintness I enjoyed. Being my first trip to Italy I needed to slip into to culture and was aptly welcomed. Parking was free and walking for shopping and restaurants was easy! I highly recommend this good value hotel.

The Hotel isn't the most luxurious high end hotel, but the amenities are just fine for a person who is traveling alone, if you are visiting Lake Como there is a 98% chance that you wont be on the hotel until night to sleep. The included breakfast is great and less than 20 meters from the hotel you have a bus stop and about 200 meters you have the Ferry Station that connects to the rest of the towns around lake como. The staff is super friendly and helpful plus they speak English. You also have a mini market less than 50 meters from the hotel where you can get the bus tickets and anything else you may need. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it!

Great view of Lake Garda from the hotel, can see straight across to Vareena and Bellagio. Hotel is short walk from ferry stop Cadenabbia, which was great for visiting the nearby towns. Very well located.
Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

It was truly fabulous stay!!! We've been deeply impressed: The best view on the Como lake and one of the best views ever!!! Service personnel – friendly and caring, with that personal touch that you won’t get in most of the big hotels. You couldn’t get the better value for the very decent at the Como lake price! Andrea and Silvia were wonderful hosts and the other guests we met there became friends. Laid back area since many of the larger hotels failed during covid but thankfully this gem survived. Get there before the crowds overwhelm the area.

We arrived and were told that they did not have our reservation. After showing them the confirmation they decided to upgrade us. They were very helpful in telling us what to see and where to go. The place is located in a very convienent area. We enjoyed walking up and down the waterfront and having dinner. We thought that there service was top notch and a wonderful place to visit.

Incredible value on lake como, the hotel shows its age but for the price it honestly didn’t bother me at all. Restaurant served incredible food, bar outside with amazing beer, lake view was outstanding. Breakfast was included too! With a very large selection of products including fresh pastries and juices. I would happily stop again!
