我們一共訂了三個房間，這家酒店非常不誠信，他們酒店客滿，未經我們同意，把我們安排到隔壁酒店，（旁邊換的這家酒店乾華商務酒店）跟我訂的房間差距太大，真的是絕絕子！房間破破爛爛，設施老舊，散發黴味；窗簾是壞的，百葉窗快點下來了，插頭沒電，電視不能用，牆紙翹起來了，衞生間漏水，排風扇壞了，門把手斷掉了，床單的是破的，房間隔音巨差，樓下還有KTV唱歌，離機場近，能聽到飛機的聲音和樓下路人的聲音，連一次性拖鞋都要自己去前台要，房間是沒有的，床墊躺下去就凹進去了……真的是沒有最差，衹有更差！看到這房間就跟酒店老闆溝通，老闆毫無歉意，不滿意就讓我們退單，沒有補償辦法，大晚上我們去哪裡換酒店？！衹能平台投訴，以後加強監管，這種酒店就不能評級，服務意識極差，欺騙消費者！

除了訂的時候價格小貴，其他都挺好的，附近吃的也多，停車也方便，具有普洱特色，裏面的茶葉不錯，而且香皂差不多，有別人家的4塊大，味道也好聞，可惜忘記拍照了，強烈推薦！#房間設施
