現在9月25的凌晨四點四十九分，我一夜未睡着！這次！12號入住的這家酒店！算了算這是第14夜了。這個時間大家都應該美夢入睡吧？誰又能想象到我一個消費者在這家酒店得不到滿意的解決問題呢？因為你們酒店必須要開中央空調！所以我一個消費者就應該承受房間吵鬧嗎？？？我花錢是找罪受的嗎？普洱就您們一家嗎？明明很簡單的時間為什麼不把中央空調關閉了呢？ 我在你們酒店住了14天！你們心情好了開中央空調 我屋裡才能有空調！你們酒店心情不好了 就不開中央空調 我就要在你們酒店熱死！白天30度 我就要在你們酒店悶的大汗淋漓的！試問一下 我有給你們説嗎？本是抱着一個我能忍受就忍受的心態，可誰曾想呢 把我一味的遷就當成我一個消費者應該接受的嗎？？？就應該花錢在你們酒店找罪受嘛？我衹想在我自己的房間安安靜靜的！不要給我的房間製造噪音。試問一下酒店老闆，我這個消費者的需求是否合理呢？ 應該呢？你們酒店提供給我的 又是否合理呢？ 應該呢？

酒店服務很好，我們到了高鐵站酒店派車過來接了我們，同時給我們介紹了周邊很多美食，也喝上了酒店免費的咖啡。退房時候也親自送我們到高鐵站。非常開心的一次旅遊。

朋友介紹入住，酒店位置很好離高鐵站非常近，酒店的床墊特別舒服，一看用的竟然是美國金可兒品牌，難怪舒適，距離茶馬古城也很方便。
