We cannot fault the location, beautiful and clean hotel surroundings, large and spotlessly clean Ocean suite. If we could give 4.5, we would. Just two things we’re not happy with. Firstly, the room allocated when we arrived had not being fully serviced so our receptionist had to find us another suite, which was spotless inside but we discovered first morning, our balcony and loungers, etc, hadn’t been cleaned. This was done within a few hours. The room we had was over the restaurant so from 8am onwards a little noisy with the coffee machine and doors being opened. The second and main complaint was breakfast. Nearly every morning, tables were left uncleared. You do not except this at a 4* hotel. We often had to wait for a table to be laid up for us. There was never any spare cutlery, limited crockery to access. Please, at such a quality hotel, have more of these available! Most hot dishes were tasty, always beautifully presented. We had to wait some mornings too long for coffee and hot food. It did improve as the week went on. The availability of cold buffet items was poor. We’re not huge eaters but we felt reluctant to take too much as there was no rush to replace items! Limited variety of bakery items and cheeses. Some prepared fruit was unripe. However, we would still recommend this peaceful and beautiful hotel overall as breakfast was only a part of our holiday.
