Weak for a 4 🌟, I expected more. The good thing, the hair dryer.

My husband and I stayed for a week . This is our second visit to this hotel, we have travelled well and stayed in many hotels ,and everyone we can say have been great but always a little fault or something can be improved, but we both agree and can honestly say there is nothing at all ,no fault found at all in the lanzorote village hotel, From check in friendly staff , welcoming and helpful, our room was spacious clean bright comfortable well equipped sea veiw The restaurant staff friendly helpful and couldn't do enough for their guests, the food was amazing We were half board, so we'll fed with beautiful food ,there was breakfast and evening meal live cooking station, fresh made omelette every morning tasty , but choices was so many cereal cooked breakfast cold meats cheeses breads fruit jams and honey fresh fruits Juices ,waters teas coffees Catered for everyone . Dinner times again everyone was catered for , there was a theme each night , Spanish Mexican Italian British etc , never ate so much good food , the poolarea amazing We are beach people , the beach is fab The maintenance men looking after the grounds of the Hotel worked hard at keeping the grounds so beautiful , the location is perfect, to the left of the hotel a beautiful walk to Matagorda, or left to the peurto del Carmen main ***** , Plenty of shops and restaurants and bars, I am disappointed that there has been reveiws on this hotel that are so unfair, I understand that people have a difference o opinion but I plead with you if you are looking a hotel and you were reading the reveiws please don't let the negative reveiwz put you off . There is not a better hotel to stay I can honestly say you will not be Disappointed. We came home Tuesday night to belfast and before going to bed I had booked for next, January ,we book with jet 2 small deposit allows me to pay of the holiday in 8 months great help Looking forward to heading to lanzorote and my stay In Lanzorote village hotel hopi g I get the same room

Overall a great family holiday. Positives; Room spacious and clean. Pool spotless, plenty of sunbeds. All staff friendly that we met. Food, plenty of options for adults. Great location. Price of beer and cocktails very reasonable. Cocktail bar nice and relaxing. Areas for improvement; Food, sometimes Luke warm. Food, lack of kids choices. Sunbed reserving is rife, supposedly banned but this isn't enforced. Delay getting into room on arrival, first time we have ever had this don't know if it's common. If coming back to Lanzarote would certainly consider coming back to the Lanzarote village.

Very nice and exceptionally clean in all public areas. Room was perfect large balcony and great sea view. Bathroom a little small but ok for our needs. Kettle and etc hidden in the cupboard just so you are aware. Food choice excellent at all times. A great place highly recommended

Clean hotel, not a very big variety of food, one man on reception lovely! Rest of staff rude especially bar around pool. Swimming pool cool. Rooms are big and spacious. Half board so we got breakfast and tea - breakfast there are a section of juices to choose from, in the evening for your tea not a single soft drink in sight!! They make you pay to have a soft drink with your tea!! Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t think we will be returning to Lanzarote.

A lovely hotel in a good location of Los Pocillios, with a lovely beach directly opposite the hotel and only a 10-15 minute walk into Puerto del Carmen The hotel was immaculately clean and the cleaners really are the unsung heroes of this hotel. The pool area is quite small, however we never struggled to get sunbeds. There is also a jacuzzi adjacent to the pool. We stayed all inclusive, although other board basis are available. The restaurant does theme nights, such as Asian and Mexican and there was always plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters and if you are struggling to find something, you can order from the pool bar menu, with some meals covered in the AI package and some chargeable. Having stayed in a much larger hotel next door, I found this hotel to be much more relaxing.

We have just returned from a wonderful week away. The hotel was extremely well run, the staff all work incredibly hard. The food was varied every evening, it was warm with plenty of options to feed myself, 4 year old & husband. The waiting staff are meticulous within their roles. They never leave a plate, drinks are regularly topped up & the dining room is run very well. The staff were so lovely to my daughter, always giving her high fives & playing with her. We loved the pool, it was chilly initially but as soon as you got moving it was super refreshing. We never had an issue finding a sun bed. We loved the mini club/entertainment ladies. They were full of beans all the time & always ready to go. My daughter adored them at the mini disco, pool side. Location is great. Really close to the beach & Puerto Del Carmen. We had a brilliant holiday!

This year we decided to return to this hotel after 6 years. We knew the hotel was ok for the accommodations, but that the restaurant was very mediocre. That's the reason we didn't take the All in formula and decided to go out eating every night. We were happy to see that the accomodations were still up to standards and got confirmation on the restaurant which is still very mediocre. We got a room with sea view although we also had to look on the not so nice roof of the cycling company in below.

The hotel is very well kept the rooms are modern clean and comfortable maid service everyday, pool area clean well presented plenty of sun beds to go round pool on chilly side but once your in and moving ok, Dining amazing choice of fresh food something for all waiter service excellent, animation team lovely friendly polite and so welcoming enjoyed water Zumba water aerobics yoga on the beach salsa lessons plenty to keep everyone entertained loved the location and the hotel will be returning for sure

Just returned from a weeks stay … The hotel is lovely and clean, and very modern. No problems with getting sun loungers no matter what time of day we went by the pool … there were always plenty available! The food was nice and couldn’t fault it, however I felt there was sometimes a lack of variety but suppose it depends on how fussy you are. We stayed half board so can’t comment on the lunch time meals, but we did order from the pool bar and found the food here was really good. The rooms are spacious and cleaned each day. Plenty of cupboard space and the bathroom is a good size as well. The entertainment team is fairly new and do their best to encourage guests to join in. They’re two young girls and full of enthusiasm and energy. Very friendly and welcoming. They also run the kids club. They didn’t have an itinerary in place whilst we were there but guests could still take their children to kids club and play with whatever there was, etc. The hotel is in a good location, and very near to the beach front which is good for walking, running or cycling. If you go left at the bottom of the hill it takes you to Matagorda and round to the airport, and going right takes you to Puerto Del Carmen. Overall we had a really good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was only a 10/15 min taxi ride from the airport and it only cost €16. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms were a good size, there was a hairdryer but no iron, but if you call reception they send one up pretty much instantly. The beds and pillows were really not comfortable, the third bed was a sofa bed that made a lot of noise if you moved around in it. The balcony was large with a clothes rack for drying. The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice, both hot and cold. The food in the snack bar by the pool was good but you were not allowed to take it to your sunbed. The reception staff were lovely, all except one lady who was very unfriendly and borderline rude. I didn’t get her name but she was older than the other ladies and wore red glasses. If she was on reception we tried to avoid her and came back later. She wasn’t just very unfriendly to guests, we also saw her being quite rude to a young staff member in front of everyone, really not acceptable. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing! It’s the first time we’ve been away and been unable to use the pool, we were really disappointed about that. It’s a 4 star hotel, you would expect the pool to be heated. The pool area was very busy but there was rarely anyone in the pool the whole holiday which is really unusual. They did ask you not to reserve sun beds but lots of people did and no one stopped them. Overall it was a lovely hotel but unfortunately the uncomfortable beds and the freezing cold pool would be enough for us to not come back.

Beautiful hotel, peace & quiet at the edge of the resort. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The food was delicious from pool bar to restaurant. We upgraded to AI for €22 ppp/day, well worth it. All staff are so friendly & welcoming. We'll definitely go again.

Loved our room it was perfect requested one with sun in afternoon and I got that Food was lovely Pool was fine We did All inclusive well worth it The entertainer man was quiet to start but when you engaged with him he was a nice guy he did fab yoga and water aerobics the woman didn’t engage Met fab people in particular a lovely girl called manay who I felt she was the holiday rep she had everyone having fun Definitely go back I had a fabulous time

Just spent a week here with my family. The staff were amazing at catering to us seeing as we were a family of 12. Rooms were very clean and had amazing views. And the foooood. Wow wow wow. Lovely drinks selection I particularly enjoyed the sangria! Very close to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Couldn’t recommend enough for a chilled week away. Safe to say I’m very sad to be home 😂. Shoutout to fernando a waiter and the funny barman (didn’t catch his name🥲). Definitely will be returning.
