Hotels near Palawan Museum in Puerto Princesa

After our experience in Manila, this place was fantastic. It was affordable, clean and comfortable - but not quite like the pictures. The staff were very nice and let us hang out and look after our baggage well and truely after we had checked out. However be careful, when I booked this the name I was given of the Hotel was Red Doorz, which there are many of and firstly ended up at the wrong hotel

I've stayed in this hotel before, and I keep returning since it's affordable, safe, and has decent rooms and a spacious parking lot—features that other hotels in Palawan lack.I've recently noticed that they no longer offer airport service, although they have contacts for taxi drivers in case you need one. However, it would be great if they could add the airport pickup and drop-off once more for a hassle-free trip, especially for those visiting Palawan for the first time .Being somewhat honest, some taxis, vans, and tricycles take advantage of tourists by charging them more than the normal.

Really liked the rooftop with the infinity pool and bar, the staff were super smiling and pleasant to talk to, the staffs looked clean and well groomed, the restaurant was beautiful The less positive is that the shower could have been cleaner , the food was ok , nothing really bad but just on a low standard which was still ok for the price we paid, plus I take it as normal in Philippine, I couldn’t really expect them to cook western food like Michelin star restaurant. Overall a very nice stay and certainly a great value.

Wonderful hotel close to the airport. Beautiful colonial style building. Beautiful, spacious room. Lovely garden restaurant on the premises. Great menu and had a wonderful dinner. Great chef. Airport shuttle is great. Will most definitely stay there again.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience my companions and I had during our recent stay at Four Points Puerto Prinsesa. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by a team of staff members who provided the warmest welcome one could receive after hours of travel. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with our heavy luggage, setting the stage for an outstanding stay. The level of service continued to impress us during our time at the resort, especially during our interactions with the dining staff. The free breakfast buffet was a highlight, and when I noticed some items were missing, the response I received when requesting something off the menu was incredibly warm and accommodating. The staff assured me, saying, ”Sure thing sir, if it's in our inventory, we will try our best to make it.” Most of our requests were fulfilled by the kitchen staff without any hesitation. The pool area, in particular, left an indelible impression. The grande pool, strategically separated by a spectacular pool bar, provided a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The bar staff at the pool were the epitome of hospitality, delivering impeccable service with a smile. The addition of three hot tubs of varying sizes & tempertures further enhanced our relaxation options, offering a perfect complement to the overall pool experience. The resort's gym exceeded our expectations for a hotel facility, boasting a diverse range of well-maintained equipment. It allowed us to maintain our fitness routines while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The spa was another highlight, offering an unparalleled level of comfort. Our couples massage appointment was a true highlight of our stay, providing one of the best massage experiences my partner and I have ever had. Following the massage, we were given the opportunity to unwind in a separate room where we enjoyed refreshing water and tea. This post-massage relaxation space added a thoughtful touch to the overall spa experience, showcasing your commitment to providing a holistic and rejuvenating stay. Moving to the beach, we were delighted to find it clear of sea****, with crystal-clear water inviting us to indulge in the natural beauty mixed with a glorious view of mountains surrounding the beach. A short hike to a secluded beach nearby added an adventurous element to our stay, offering a serene and private escape. We also had the pleasure of discovering a small outdoor beach massage run by a humble family close by, adding to the charm of the overall experience. Lunch and dinner experiences were equally delightful, and the flexibility of the kitchen staff in catering to our preferences made our dining experiences memorable. Amazing place to stay in Sebang. Everything was great from the swimming pool to our bungalow. Great staff and very friendly reception. Minus- food for lunch/dinner not really good in the restaurant, swimming pool- should be clean much often and pool bar should be opened all the time, very often there was no bartender and no music. In general- a great gate-away and really close to underground river. Would stay again!

Convenient location 10min away from PPS Airport. Central in town, easy to walk to nearby eateries and amenities. Laundry shop just 2min walk away, bakeries and eateries within a 5min walk. Super friendly staff and helpful reception. Free airport transfer is much appreciated too. Even managed to book an in-room massage for us! Only area of improvement is breakfast could be served faster, but otherwise tasty and good. Thank you for the lovely stay!

A group of us stayed here the night of arriving in PP before embarking our scuba liveaboard and chose the hotel as it was where the liveaboard company did a town pick up from. Simple accommodation, but clean and functioning. Very spacious rooms - we had 4 girls sharing one room with two double beds. The bathroom/shower was a little tired but I only had one quick shower. A pretty garden surrounding a pool - I didn't end up swimming as it was quite a hot, muggy, grey day and the pool was more warm than refreshing in that moment, but I also only spent about 18 hours total at the hotel so if I was there longer I would definitely have had some pooltime. It was cute watching some local kids have a mermaiding lesson. The restaurant is not set up for large orders so bear that in mind timing wise - it is a one chef kitchen. If you are landing at 7pm or later make sure you request the chef stay if you want dinner on site as they will otherwise leave at 9pm. The chicken & mushroom pasta was good. Breakfast was also good - fruit, pancakes and egg, but only instant coffee. I particularly liked the access to free drinking water refill - there is a cooler in the dining area. The staff were helpful - with the chef staying late for us, helping us call to book some massages down the road at Nuat Thai Spa, helping me get a bowl of rice for lunch when I tried to order when the kitchen was backed up we made a plan B. Location is a bit further down in the quiet end of Manalo St. It isn't far to walk up to the part with restaurants, coffee shops and the spa, but I probably wouldn't have done that walk alone as a female in the dark so I would stay here with a group more than solo. I'm sure it is very safe, but as a general rule of thumb I don't walk alone in the dark down quiet streets. After the liveaboard I stayed in the 'busier' part of Manalo St. Would I stay here again - well if in PP I would probably go to my second hotel as a repeat customer as it was just nicer all around (but also cost double the price). However, Acacia is perfectly adequate for the price point if you are looking for accommodation close to the airport or the boat pier in southern PP at a very reasonable price and it is true to the pictures.
