Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall.

I stayed here with my daughter after a day of shopping at lakeside for her 7th birthday, it was a short drive away which was perfect, we got greeted on arrival on the Saturday by a lovely welcoming lady on reception, she was chatting to my daughter asking her name and how old she was, then shortly after, her and another member of staff knocked and sang happy birthday, they bought her a balloon, cake, pressy and a card, it was so thoughtful and kind and made my daughters birthday so special, she hasn’t stopped talking about her stay so thank you so much. Breakfast was also really nice the next morning. Emmy wants to come back again for her birthday next year so we will be back. Thank you again. Kerry and Emmy Buck

I pre booked to stay two nights. Didn’t sleep the first night, the bed was uncomfortable for me. Too much noise, I have a baby and a toddler. Can’t exactly take them out the cot in the middle of the night it’s not exactly warm outside. I went to reception first thing in the morning. No one was there to speak too, I took video footage, please screenshot of video I’ve uploaded. After 10 mins, I left as one of my babies needed a bottle. I called them, I recorded the call, the lady apologised for them being short staffed and said I could have a refund for the night I didn’t sleep. Customer relations said no the good night sleep guarantee wouldn’t count for me as someone tested out our bed and found it comfortable 🤣 I recorded this call too. It’s hilarious. Listen, I am full aware people may try it on, but just think, a woman with two babies, pre booking two nights and abruptly leaving the crack of dawn the first morning after one night, you would think it is genuine right!? Please see a screenshot to confirm I was awake in the middle of the night there, I sent all this in an email and it did not matter. All because a stranger tested the bed out and found it was comfortable and new? Everyone is different 🤣 please my experience has taught me do not trust the good night sleep guarantee. They said they refunded me for the night I did not stay (hasn’t arrived yet) but did not refund me for night I didn’t sleep. Erm, I up to you but be prepared to lose money if your not happy in my personal experience. By the looks of it I’m not the only one who has not got a refund. Would never stay here again. Traffic too nosey with trucks going by all the time practically . 0/10.

I was absolutely amazed how helpful respestionist Zivile was, outstanding, friendly, helpful with everything. She offered help with request we head. Highly recommended, definitely coming back. The food absolutely amazing and the rooms spotless and spacious.

Although the soy milk served at breakfast was off on both mornings, the staff were proactive and efficient in resolving the issue. However, it was disappointing to encounter the same problem on the second morning. Initially, my room was uncomfortably cold at night, prompting concerns about leaving the provided electric heater running. Despite the heater’s limited capacity, the staff intervened by centrally controlling the room temperature, resulting in a much-improved sleep experience on the second night. 3. Parking on-site was ample, although the spaces felt somewhat cramped. Overall, my stay would have been highly satisfactory if the soy milk had been served fresh.

We came to hotel quit late evening ,the receptionist was very welcoming, explained about parking,about service,breakfast time.The room was clean and tidy.

Staff - So welcoming and attentive. Could not do enough for us and made a fuss when they found out it was our daughters birthday. Really nice, friendly staff. Hotel - Very clean, room as you'd expect. Met our expectations. Of note - There is now a £5 per day car parking charge. You have no choice with this as there is no alternatives nearby. Location - Near main roads, and only 5 mins from the Lakeside shopping complex.

I stay at this hotel every week for business and have always found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with very friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. One particular member of staff at breakfast is always very friendly and helpful to me and every other guest and that is Jamie. He’s an asset to the hotel and Premier Inn team. 👍

The rooms are quite nice with modern services, lack of fridge in the room was a little challenging to me because I couldn’t keep my drinks and foods in the fridge. Also there’s no information on how to access room services and contact to any department in the hotel you need their services. Maybe there are one but I didn’t notice them. If such services are in place, could you please let customers know on how to access them. I’m fairly satisfied though. Nice experience.
