I pre booked to stay two nights. Didn’t sleep the first night, the bed was uncomfortable for me. Too much noise, I have a baby and a toddler. Can’t exactly take them out the cot in the middle of the night it’s not exactly warm outside. I went to reception first thing in the morning. No one was there to speak too, I took video footage, please screenshot of video I’ve uploaded. After 10 mins, I left as one of my babies needed a bottle. I called them, I recorded the call, the lady apologised for them being short staffed and said I could have a refund for the night I didn’t sleep. Customer relations said no the good night sleep guarantee wouldn’t count for me as someone tested out our bed and found it comfortable 🤣 I recorded this call too. It’s hilarious. Listen, I am full aware people may try it on, but just think, a woman with two babies, pre booking two nights and abruptly leaving the crack of dawn the first morning after one night, you would think it is genuine right!? Please see a screenshot to confirm I was awake in the middle of the night there, I sent all this in an email and it did not matter. All because a stranger tested the bed out and found it was comfortable and new? Everyone is different 🤣 please my experience has taught me do not trust the good night sleep guarantee. They said they refunded me for the night I did not stay (hasn’t arrived yet) but did not refund me for night I didn’t sleep. Erm, I up to you but be prepared to lose money if your not happy in my personal experience. By the looks of it I’m not the only one who has not got a refund. Would never stay here again. Traffic too nosey with trucks going by all the time practically . 0/10.
