大堂很漂亮，乾淨衞生，入住的時候這幾天都連續陰天，不過不影響我心情和出行哈～辦理入住的小姐姐服務態度很好，走到哪都有工作人員跟你問候服務是真的好，客房環境很好很舒服，下次還會入住

一個不愛寫評價的中年***，大過年的特地發發牢騷。這酒店也是讓人無語了。説是五星級～除了大堂對的起五星級之外，其它的真是差：燈暗，裝修舊。裡外各種櫃門都有問題～一打開就吱吱嘎嘎響；插頭少，3個壞2個，插頭要稍稍擰着來，才能接觸的到電；電視聲音開到最小聲，都還會吵到裏屋，再往小一擋，又靜音～你説怎麼看；水龍頭開關（自以為是的搞個性）冷熱各一個，太難調了，龍頭開關又是個小圓柱（見圖片），手上有一丁點兒泡泡根本就轉不了；頭頂的大噴頭漏水，開側邊花灑時，頭頂大噴頭也會一滴一滴的漏水，大冬天的滴到你頭皮上去～是不是很＂酸爽＂。出酒店時跟前台報車牌號碼，心不甘情不願的～不説了。
真對不起五星級的温德姆這個招牌。

攜程顯示入住不用按金，結果check in的時候收了500元按金，問前台，直接無視我的問題。後面找了另一個工作人員，核實後馬上退還按金。早餐收費比較貴，1.4米以上小朋友收費98元。房間隔音差，一個晚上都聽着樓上奔跑蹦跳的聲音。送的飲料日期很久，王老吉居然是22年的，都快過期了。

酒店位置好，停車也非常的方便。服務員的態度都很好，房間衞生很乾凈，重新裝修的房間看着也很高級，設施設備也很新，還很體貼的提供了一次性的浴缸膜和一次性用品。酒店早餐的種類也是比較豐盛。體驗感非常的棒。
