The room has a unique and cozy decor, and the bedding is clean and soft, making me feel right at home. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water. The landlady was very welcoming and especially kind (she did her research beforehand and told us that taking the bus would be much more convenient than taking a taxi, as there's a bus stop right next to the guesthouse with direct access to Meizhou Island). I even saw the sunrise from my hotel room. Staying here made my trip to Meizhou Island very easy and relaxing. Besides the cultural attractions, the scenery on Meizhou Island is stunning – truly no disappointments there, and the hotel was excellent too. For food, I highly recommend Jilin Hua Ping An Mazu Noodles; you won't regret it. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended! "It was a wonderfully unusual holiday. My child threw up the first night, staining the sheets, but the owner was incredibly patient and caring. The breakfasts and afternoon teas were always thoughtfully prepared, and the coffee was delicious. The guesthouse is right across from the beach, a fantastic location. Every day, opening the curtains revealed the blue sea – it was amazing! A special surprise was the complimentary travel photography service; it was fantastic, capturing natural moments throughout the trip. My family all said they'd definitely stay at Yu Nian Seaview Guesthouse again next time they're in Meizhou Island."

The balcony of the room type I booked was clean and hygienic; it was very pleasant to enjoy the breeze in the evening. Service: There is a pier pick-up and drop-off service. That night it was raining, and when we arrived, the staff came to pick us up with umbrellas and helped us with our luggage. They were very considerate; they even knew we were coming and had already turned the room's air conditioning to a comfortable temperature beforehand. Very thoughtful! I highly recommend this guesthouse when visiting Meizhou Island."
