The Sataya resort does not correspond to the declared 5 stars, and in no case is it even worthy of 4 stars, even by Egyptian standards. The rooms are average, the toilet and shower are like in a hostel or hostel, the light bulbs may not shine, there are ants running around in the room, What's in the bathroom, by the way there is no extractor hood in the toilet, a little strange, right, for a 5-star hotel? 🤔The kitchen is meager, very small selection of food, few fruits, few sweets, few local sweets for some reason... soft drinks are diluted with water several times, limited selection of meat, greens. The animation is weak, not professional, very boring evening shows. The only thing about this hotel that is 5 stars is the staff, everyone is very friendly and nice❤️ I do not recommend the Sataya Resort Hotel

Best staff, made the whole experience and trip wonderful, from activities to their smiles. Great service, very good food and beautiful place.Special thanks to Mr. Khaled and Mr. Hani for their helpful & friendly attitude. I’ll come back again, although I was there for 4 times.

We vacationed here with my family. Our waiter (Ali) was the best in the world. He was fast, precise and helpful in every way. He made our whole stay there easier with his advice. The hotel itself was excellent. And the marine life on the shore is amazing. 😊

The hotel resort was excellent . Last year we spent In this great place 11 days and we are going back there again in June. Excellent and friendly hotel and restaurant staff, nice environment, fine beach. Pool area - many option, with aqua park. The rooms are large and clean, the food was delicious with plenty of choices. Our children had fun and were safe, we were relaxed. We recommend this hotel!

Everything was great,but need to do more varities of egyption food,wide place,nice stuff,warm sea,everything was so good.i'll go back again,may be so soon.but i'll try it at winter because it was so hot at summer&humidity was high.......

Best service ever experienced in Egypt. Also all food in the restaurant is ferry tastefull. Many thanks to Allaa Rafek (very positve cleaning guy), Mohammed (from the restaurant). You both made our trip a wonderfull experience. We will certainly go back there.

We had gold stolen from my wife's bag in this hotel and we will never go there again They asked us to cancel the Booking reservation and make a reservation from the hotel because it is cheaper Not to mention the wonderful concierge service that helped us navigate due to the large area of the hotel

Starting from the front office to the towels guy i only found rudeness! Rooms are not clean, i even watched the housekeeper guy cleaning my room he hust entered and whipped the terrace floor ONLY and changed the towels and left! Main restaurant has no variety and the food is tasteless and very poor! The pool is always not clean and never seen a person cleaning it! This hotel should not be a 5 stars one, i asked for tooth brushes, cotton and there weren’t any!

Everything was great. Delicious food and a large selection. Large and clean rooms. Very nice service. The atmosphere in the hotel allowed us to completely relax. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future.
