説實話，這幾年每次回老家都住這家酒店，方便停車離鬧市區也近，前台服務也還可以，記得第一次去由於喝酒給酒店打電話還是老闆親自過來給我代駕，很好。但是這次居住感受不咋的，連續三次都是居住同一個房間，所以記憶清晰，早餐八點半去基本啥都沒有了體驗感差，還要繳費一百按金，這幾年第一次遇到還要按金的酒店，呵呵。開關好幾個插不進去插頭，主卧燈按鍵不靈明，網絡上不了網，最不爽的是進電梯打掃房間的阿姨看見我帶着行李一家在電梯還推着個推車往裡麪擠，我説能不能讓客人上去了你在進來她還不高興照樣鑽進來，這直接讓我以後在也不想在去這裏居住了，清潔工的一個舉動就這樣失去了我這個客户，希望你們能注重細節，

房間乾淨衞生，暖氣熱，房間舒適，酒店對面就是一個廣場，購物吃飯都比較方便，早餐還好，性價比高，服務也熱情周到。

每次到青川首選明珠酒店
👍：總體來講環境不錯正好在廣場對面，出行也方便； 房間乾淨整潔。
👎：
早餐：失望至極，之前的每次入住沒在酒店吃過早飯這次是唯一一次，但是太出乎意料，竟想不到看上去如此高大上的酒店早餐竟是如此不知道如何選擇，或者説根本沒有選擇的餘地，20塊錢的標準如圖片，僅有的一點食物，沒有任何喝的，水都沒有，直接拉低了酒店的檔次和之前對酒店的印象。
房間隔音不是很好，隔壁房間的電視聲音，樓道間走路的聲音在房間都能聽得見
