位置很好找，從高鐵站出站就能看到酒店，交通也很方便，就在青島站旁邊，前台的人也很好，態度不錯，設施也都比較全，床也挺大，睡着很舒服，都起晚了…防疫措施也不錯，美中不足的是外賣不能送上去…

從青島北站坐地鐵三號線，很方便就找到酒店。回程從青島站出發，更是方便了，跨過馬路對面進入地下一層到達，幾分鐘時間。入住時，前台熱情高效，還給了延時下午二時退房的福利。酒店客房也舒適安靜，很愉快的一次旅行。出門不遠處就是聞名遐邇的棧橋，當然受海苔侵襲，景觀有點臟，過多的小攤擾亂了視野和環境的整潔。

住過最差的酒店，從攜程定了兩間房，之後又增加一間攜程明明顯示有房，現場前台人員説無房，入住後發現衞生極差，衞生間地上有毛，至於什麼毛太噁心了沒有拍照，以後再不會住這個酒店，價格與實際環境完全不符，住過最差最差的酒店。

房間裏地巾是濕的，還粘滿了頭髮，應該是上位客人留下的，沒有更換！淋浴的水小到都噴不到身上來，要手舉！客房服務員來了説要第二天早上才能修，所以今天早上睡得好好被吵醒修水管！最後來取寄存的行李箱，想用一下洗手間，前台説酒店衹有客房裡有衞生間，嘖嘖嘖～不得不羨慕維也納的工作人員，身體真好！

地理位置方便，在青島火車站旁，走路過去很近，離市區各大景點也近，就是酒店設施不怎麼樣，馬桶堵，然後來人修後送了一張早餐券，早上去吃早餐，碰到團隊遊客，那個素質啊，新菜上來都是搶的，有些人搶不到，就用吃過的筷子就去夾菜，品種很少。團隊遊客的大巴就停在酒店門口，台階都不好走。

非常氣憤的一次住宿，商務出差入住這家酒店，因朋友有急事催促，出房間時隨身攜帶的筆記本且未關機，裏有競爭性談判報價單涉及機密怕泄露，三次打電話通知前台服務員不要清潔阿姨進房間搞衞生且免打擾指示標識一直工作，但是我回房間發現清潔阿姨還是進入了房間，反映這個酒店管理缺失，員工上崗未培訓缺乏職業操守。

床睡的還挺舒服的，晚上也很安靜，設備設施也還行，上樓需要刷房卡讓顧客覺得很安全。早餐很難吃還貴。
特別想説一下服務態度的問題，顧客來消費的，不欠你們的，不理解為什麼愛答不理的。當晚入住這家酒店時，前台的女孩服務態度還算可以。第二天辦理續房間的時候，前台換成了一個高個子男士問他問題可真是惜字如金，多一個字都不願意回答，一直看着電腦，也不理你，真是讓人着急，衹好換到旁邊一個年輕的男孩像是實習生，態度比那個強。特別想説這樣星級酒店，和這樣的服務搭配嗎？本來就是服務行業，服務跟不上，您這裏的硬件設施再好，也不會再來。雖然不會再去了，但是希望能改進！你們也是青島人的臉面對嗎？
