位置： 距離農業大學地鐵站非常近。方便中轉地鐵和青島北站以 及膠東國際機場。 衞生： 床品很乾凈，感覺是新的。衞生間，包括熱水器上都沒 灰，馬桶的商標吊牌都還在。感覺很新很衞生。 性價比： 就沒住過這麼便宜又於凈的房間，老闆説是今年新裝修的 在試營業，趕上了，趕上了

有一説一這個價位是賓館裏的天花板了 不像幾年前那種火車站旁的舊賓館臟亂差 衞生真的挺好的 房東大姐人也挺好的 床也特別軟 設施都是新的 空調熱水器啥的 就是天越來越熱了 空調插不進去 因為都是新設施和舊插座不匹配 其餘沒得説 都這個價錢了也別要什麼自行車了 出差辦事住挺好的

雖然是公共衞浴，但是就在門口，獨享，相當於獨立衞浴了。wifi:有房間大小合適，兩個人睡正好。我是一個人獨享一張大床 房很方便。 坊間該有的都有。 門前就是停車位。很方便 服務： 老闆很熱情，前台入住也很順利。監控，前台都挺安全， 獨自旅行也不怕
