用餐住宿環境都很ok，就在售票處門口，很哇塞啊，三層小樓還有電梯，管家沖的咖啡，做的飯都很棒。門口溪流和柏樹很好看，早上雲霧繚繞很漂亮。服務也一級棒，老闆很熱心安排了車輛到車站接，很貼心。大廳還能唱歌。現在淡季人不多，房間還送了水果，還給升級了房型現在

#好評#對房間佈局，鄰近活動，酒店氣味，鄰近餐廳，位置，鄰近店舖滿意；客栈就在景区门口，设施很齐全，虽然这天气用不上地暖，但是这价位能有地暖真的很少。
我是定给爸妈旅行住，他们弄错客栈了，老板娘远在外地，下了飞机就帮忙协调解决，很热心。也了解到是老板娘家人朋友自住的，所以很干净也很舒适。

酒店位置就在百山祖遊客中心的廣場，老闆和老闆娘人是浙江人特別好，房間乾淨整潔不潮濕，酒店居然有電梯，每間房間都安裝了中央空調和地暖，早餐都是酒店自己做的，有菜肉包、牛奶饅頭、南瓜饅頭、高山地瓜和自己種的白藜麥粥等等，飲料有鮮牛奶、酸奶，還有熱飲菊花茶等，適合帶長者的家庭度假，是景區內及周邊最最好的酒店，考慮到我們有長者，五一期間道路擁堵，免費為我們帶了自製的南瓜饅頭和點心路上吃，特別特別的貼心，下次去百山祖一定會再次入住。

#好評#對房間佈局，鄰近活動，性價比，隔音，位置，安全性滿意；出乎意料的一家民宿！连店名都没有挂，但店内的设施非常好，非常精致，还有地暖游泳池，这些商家都没有挂在网上，原来民宿是老板自己招待朋友用，最近才挂出来，性价比超高！夏天可以再去避暑！
