The environmental sanitation and service were quite satisfactory before. , I came here happily, especially Ms. Xie at the front desk of the hotel, the room cleaning lady and other services are very good. The better, Qingyuan is getting better and better. I really didn't expect that the last afternoon tea service was so sorry to the guests. The waitress's behavior not only harmed the guests' consumption interests, but also damaged the original good image of your international hotel, and also damaged the entire Qingyuan tourism. Culture, hotel culture, cultural tourism image, the good impression I had on Qingyuan International Hotel, as soon as it passed through your hands and was given by you, has been wiped out by you and I don’t know where to go. It’s disgusting. At that time, I didn't argue with her so as not to disturb other family members and other guests. Otherwise, I would immediately complain to her on the spot. At that time, I tolerated this for the time being. In a word, if you don't apologize to the guest, you won't give the guest one back. Satisfactory reply, I will not stay at Qingyuan International Hotel again in the future. I don’t believe that the hotel allows such unqualified service staff to continue doing things that harm the interests of guests and the image of the hotel without accepting punishment or correction.

The TV can be projected, there is a laundry room and a gym, and breakfast is free. It doesn't matter whether the room is upgraded or not, but the service is very good. When I checked in, I was told that I had a pleasant stay. When I checked out, I also received a check-out gift. Everyone got one, and they were very happy. There are many types of breakfast, more than many international restaurants of the same level, but the taste can be improved a bit Although there were only two bottles of water in the guest room, I called to ask for 4 bottles and 4 more bottles were given as a gift. You don’t have to worry about not having enough to drink. The environment is also very good. 5-star recommendation! There is really nothing wrong with traveling by car with friends, because the main focus is on having fun. If you want to go on vacation at the Sheraton or New World Resort, that is another matter. But if you are traveling by car, go to Shangyue Village, Taohua Lake, Ying Xifenglin Tea Garden is an excellent choice, and even Xiakuo 1st Street, Qifengli, and Xianfeng Middle Road City Walk are good choices.

Huafu Holiday Hotel is very near to Taihe Ancient Cave, offers free parking and wifi. Breakfast is very good, 24 hours front desk service. Sanitary service have some problem but overall I agree with their services.

There is a convenience store across the road. Service: Check-in was quick, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, as well as a snack. Travel: It takes about fifty or sixty to take a taxi to Huangteng Gorge, which is more than ten kilometers away. It is also convenient to take a taxi to Bijia Mountain, which is less than ten kilometers away. However, it is difficult to take a taxi from Bijia Mountain. It is not difficult to get a taxi during the peak season😑 Summary: Clean and convenient, both takeaway and door-to-door delivery are convenient. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Huge hotel, outdated but still in good condition. Great for families BUT the indoor playground really needed a deep clean, the pool water was full of bugs on a Sat.afternoon (better next morning)and the water in the indoor pool way too cold.Outdoor playground was great, rooms very nice though smelling heavily of damp. Breakfast was fantastic!Staff were helpful wherever we went. I would not recommend the Chinese restaurant or the buffet-do yourself a favour and drive 10min down the main road to a countryside restaurant,where you can eat massive portions of delicious ribs, roast chicken,tofu,veg,etc.Generally,we had a nice stay and would come again but the things I mentioned above really need to be taken care of.

Occupy the washing machine, this can be improved. There is a fitness area in the hotel, with all equipment available and complete facilities. If there is water on the sink, it will flow out. This also needs to be improved.

Hotel is amazing , Neat and clean , completely upto the standards of Hilton , Breakfast was good , The best is the Service from the Entire staff . Very Very Impressive . Really appreciate all for your help . My stay was Great. If in Qingyuan , Must stay at this Hotel .

The environment and service are very good, breakfast is not bad. The only bad thing is that the room does not know what the problem is. From the middle of the night, I was bitten by some unknown bug. I was itchy until I fell asleep in the middle of the night. I didn’t beat me. A family of three called itchy. I slept alone. The most itchy bed is me. Look at this after I checked out today... It collapsed.

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.
