Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

As soon as the room came in, there was a faint smell...not a musty smell...especially the bed smelled bigger. When I slept at night, I couldn’t help but make people make up the bed with the compound smell of sweat and body fluid. It was called a sour and refreshing, and then I had no sleep tonight... Huge hotel, outdated but still in good condition. Great for families BUT the indoor playground really needed a deep clean, the pool water was full of bugs on a Sat.afternoon (better next morning)and the water in the indoor pool way too cold.Outdoor playground was great, rooms very nice though smelling heavily of damp. Breakfast was fantastic!Staff were helpful wherever we went. I would not recommend the Chinese restaurant or the buffet-do yourself a favour and drive 10min down the main road to a countryside restaurant,where you can eat massive portions of delicious ribs, roast chicken,tofu,veg,etc.Generally,we had a nice stay and would come again but the things I mentioned above really need to be taken care of.
