Huaijia Art Hotel

This trip to Qinzhou was a great experience. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. It was also close to Baishihu Park, so it was a pleasant place to take a walk after dinner.

The lighting is very dim. If you can't stand the dark, I don't recommend booking this place. The toilet doesn't even have a door. I was embarrassed to go to the bathroom with my friends because I was afraid the stench would fill the room. I wanted to give a bad review on the day of check-out, but I forgot about it. Now I finally remembered.

The location is excellent, just outside you can take a walk by the lake. Unfortunately, the air conditioner outdoor unit is too loud and noisy. The bed is ok for sleeping, there is no need to put those two small pillows there. It's all pilling and doesn't look good. The cleaning staff was a bit careless and didn't even clean the toilet seat. If those problems are solved here, it will still be worth living here.

As a senior hotelier, I never give a bad review. I just can't help it. Every time I come to Qinzhou on business, I stay at this hotel. It's all because of the location. I have to run 5 kilometers in Baishi Lake every day. I am really speechless about the service here.

The front desk staff in black clothes had no patience and yelled at guests. The room was dark. The shampoo made my hair itchy. I called the front desk to ask for a solution but they just gave a perfunctory promise and treated guests like **. Anyway, I really want to avoid this hotel.

I've never stayed in a hotel this bad. They couldn't even afford a main light in the room; it's so dark and gloomy, it's unpleasant. I booked a lake view room. Does this room have a lake view? I thought it was a floor-to-ceiling window, at least a working window, but how can you see the lake view with these two layers? The cabinet in front of the TV can't be placed against the wall. Things are always going to fall to the ground. I didn't take a picture of the cabinet in the bathroom, and the shelf is placed up against the mirror. Who is going to get things from it so high up there? This facility is really speechless! It's so uncomfortable. Don't book this place.

The room was filthy and the decor was dated. I wish there was a bar next door. It was a riot at night, and the front desk only told me about it after I checked in. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep well that night.
