房間呢是很大的，在一幢公寓樓裏的十八層，設施呢也算不錯，但是衞生間很小也沒有乾濕分離，洗個澡到處是水，尤其是第二天晚上剛洗一會水就涼了，想來是因為我洗澡之前先把襪子和內褲洗了，結果我就乾等了二十分鐘再洗水也不夠熱，尤其是民宿的外部環境不好，樓裏面破破爛爛的，辦理入住退房都沒見到人，就發個密碼過來自己開門，然後把自己身份證拍照傳給管家，問了門的密碼也不是一次一換衹説是定期更換，那就會有安全隱患，一個人住會有點害怕。其次隔音也不好，離西街十三公里有點遠，不推薦

在中駿附近，應該是新的民宿，之前都住中駿那裡的，這次住這裏好太多，基本都是一次性用品，衞生好很多，裝修乾淨整潔，沒有多餘的東西臟污納垢，設備很智能，感應燈很方便，非常喜歡起夜的小夜燈，無整覺星人的廁所救星。寵物友好，聽到隔壁的小狗叫和對象會心一笑哈哈哈哈。很喜歡，下次還會住這裏。

民宿位置特別好找，樓下就是停車場，入住、停車都很方便。房間空間大，很有設計感，有個大落地窗白天也很通透。住得舒服，旅途快樂滿滿～～

酒店房間足夠大，裝修的也很有格調，設施相對較新。唯一缺憾是衞生間沒有乾濕分離，但老闆提供一次性浴巾，用完後可以擦乾地面。酒店位置還可以，步行到大型購物中心大約一刻鐘，附近也有公交車站。

這家民宿設施衞生服務都很好，房間 大。住着舒服，房間設施特別人性化，夜間當你起床時，床下的夜燈自動亮，三秒就滅，然後房間的夜燈就亮了，指引你去衞生間，上床後自動關閉。很科學的設計，也很人性，特智能，特別適合小孩兒和長者住。房子設計真有心。房東服務也很貼心。訊息回覆快。周邊吃飯很多很近、走着就到。關鍵一點毛孩子可開心啦很快樂的上下樓梯，還挺興奮，跟在自己家一樣。周邊有蟳浦村旅遊景點哈，打卡地，拍照出片景點。開車去方便，有停車位充足。民宿停車方便，還免費，衹是車位緊張些，停車位小需要技術。但是不影響我們續住了兩天共住三天，真不錯的一家店。值得推薦給大家。

環境：民宿位於大廈中，環境不是很好，該民宿是由1間loft隔出4個房間！隔音非常非常差，隔壁上下樓聽的非常清楚，不過衞生還可以。

民宿的服務還不錯，辦理入住和退房相對快捷。周邊吃飯購物也方便。缺點是樓上房間搬箱子不方便，大樓的公區衞生管理程度還要提高，晚上停車位也很緊張。
